What good will a home Windows 7 installation will be without useful toys on your desktop? In Windows 7, these toys are called desktop gadgets and by default 7 comes with a handful of desktop toys that we can readily use. The most useful widgets, err gadgets, are here.
The dependable calendar, clock, CPU meter, curreny converter, feed reader, maps and others are here to use. Unlike Vista, they don’t open automatically after a fresh install, so you have to open them manually. To access the gadgets, type “desktop gadgets” on the search bar then click “Desktop Gadget Gallery” under the programs list:

To create web pages with dynamic HTML capabilities from scratch, we would traditionally need to master DHTML and that includes HTML techniques like image hotspots and JavaScript. In this tutorial I will show you how to automatically create DHTML pages with a swap image behavior using Adobe Fireworks.
The final output is a complete DHTML project complete with HTML, image files and JavaScript code – and those are done without any coding by hand.

Unlike liquid web content that automatically adapts to a visitor’s browser width, the elastic layout adjusts depending on the browser’s text size setting. Relative to the size of the text, the elastic layout retains it’s form even if you resize your browser window. It is a good layout choice for page contents that you don’t want to automatically resize according to the browser width.
