OH πώς μισώ την αλλαγή! Εάν δεν έχετε αναβαθμίσει σε Wordpress 2.3 ακόμα, θα είστε μέσα για μια έκπληξη! Το νέο ταμπλό σε Wordpress 2.3 δεν επιδεικνύει πλέον τις εισερχόμενες συνδέσεις μέσω Technorati, αλλά αντ' αυτού χρησιμοποιεί την αναζήτηση Google Blog! Αυτό θα ήταν λεπτό και θαυμάσιο για με εάν επέδειξε ακόμα τις εισερχόμενες συνδέσεις σας από άλλες περιοχές, αλλά τώρα επίσης επιδεικνύει τις θέσεις σας ως εισερχόμενες συνδέσεις.

Έχω βρεί αυτό για να είμαι τρομερά άχρηστο και επίσης αδύνατο να ακολουθήσω πραγματικά ποιος συνδέει πίσω σε με. Φυσικά, Technorati είχε τα προβλήματα από αργά και οι άνθρωποι δεν φαίνονται πλέον αυτό ως «καλύτερος» ιχνηλάτης του blogosphere, αλλά ακολουθεί των συνδέσεων μεταξύ των περιοχών είναι ένα μεγάλο συν. Τελικά, είμαι βέβαιος ότι οι υπεύθυνοι για την ανάπτυξη Wordpress θα φιλτραρίσουν έξω τις συνδέσεις από την περιοχή σας, αλλά στο μεταξύ είναι καλύτερο να υπάρξουν οι συνδέσεις Technorati από άλλα blogs παρά σας δικοί!

Με αυτόν εν λόγω, μπορείτε να μεταφορτώσετε μια σύνδεση που δημιουργείται ακριβώς για αυτόν το λόγο αποκαλούμενος Συνδέσεις Wordpress Technorati plugin, το οποίο θα αντικαταστήσει εντελώς το χαρακτηριστικό γνώρισμα αναζήτησης Google Blog με Technorati πάλι. Στην πρώτη έκδοση, έπρεπε να εισαγάγετε το κλειδί Technorati σας API, αλλά στην έκδοση 1.1 που όλοι σας πρέπει να κάνουν είναι ενεργοποιούν τη σύνδεση!

Ένα άλλο συμπαθητικό χαρακτηριστικό γνώρισμα για αυτήν την σύνδεση είναι ότι μπορείτε να διαμορφώσετε Blog URL έτσι ώστε εάν εγκαθιστάτε Wordpress youdomain.com/blog, αλλά θέλετε να δείτε όλες τις συνδέσεις yourdomain.com, μπορείτε να διαμορφώσετε αυτήν την επιλογή.

    Ευχαριστίες για την αναφορά. Εάν καθένας έχει οποιαδήποτε ζωύφια που υποβάλλουν έκθεση ή τα χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα στο αίτημα, μπορείτε να με έρθετε σε επαφή με αρκετά εύκολα.

    Το έχω τρέξει για για μια εβδομάδα τώρα και τα πράγματα έχουν πάει εντάξει ευτυχώς. All of my plugins worked except for WP-Cache, which for some reason is having issues. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

    Actually Shivaranjan, you should be careful because your blog actually openly shows which version of Wordpress you are running. I checked your source code and you have this:

    “meta name=”generator” content=”WordPress 2.3″ /> ”

    Anyone who knows how to perform advanced searches in Google can find blogs running specific versions of Wordpress and then hack into those. You’re at 2.3, so you’re fine, but it’s still very visible (even though it’s a META tag)

    Nirmal, the comment is gone! ;) Hey, do any of you guys know why my picture from MyBlogLog does not show up for the MyAvatars plugin? Everyone else shows up except mine!

    Any idea how to remove that thing from my blog?
    The technorati plugin is cool. I can now see the incoming links from technorati..

    Hey Shivaranjan,

    Yes you can remove that meta tag from your source code by going into the Theme Editor and choosing Header.php. You’ll see a line that starts with “meta name=generator…”. Go ahead and remove that entire line. I also removed a bunch of other stuff from my header including meta distribution, etc.
