I recently reformatted my computer because it was running slow and after installing all updates and programs, I started getting that annoying message that started in Windows XP SP2, which is:最近，我重新格式化我的電腦，因為它是緩慢和運行後，安裝所有更新和程序，我開始變得這惱人的消息，開始在Windows XP SP2 ，這是：

Step 1: Open the Control Panel and click on Security Center .第1步：打開控制面板 ，點擊安全中心。
