To get the administrator account for this action, follow these steps..
1.Open notepad
2.Type the following:
command.com
3:Save it as Cmd.Bat
4:Open it
5:Type in the following:
Net user Administrator *
6:Type a new password when it asks you and confirm it.
7:Do the Group policy Editor thingy

If the command.com thing does not work, feel free to email me at Zurkhi1@gmail.com, and I'll provide more information.

I have a seriou,serious problem.
I have no task manager,no regedit,no run.nothing and none of the above tips can help me.
I manager to open regedit using mpam4_regedit_XP.exe but everytime I delete norun no taskmanager they get right bac there.
If I use EnableTM.reg,it say Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.
the same with the vbs and everything else I've tried
