Not only is my registry disabled in Windows, but I also do not see the Run option in the Start Menu! I believe they have disabled that option too! So if I can’t get to the Run command, how I can type in any of these commands. Is there another way to bring up the Run dialog box?

thanks a lot it work but somehow one of the dll cause a problem i will just re-install the program,but my registry is okay now!

Hey, thanks a lot buddy for your advice. I tried all the methods and it didn’t work. Then I came back and did option 1 again and it worked! Now I have switched to Ubuntu because Windows causes too many problems and I am enjoying it! Thanks again!

Very good, is there a way to install programs from the Internet on my PC without an Administrator password? Looks like that has been disabled. Thanks.

Using the reg cmd option I was able to access the editor from with in a corp environment. Thanks! This will save me a ton of time either having logoff and on or rebooting.

Thanks for your support to fix Task Manager and Registry editor.I got them fixed several times but as soon as I click on Internet Explorer, both become disabled again, with the same error massage, been disabled by your administrator. please help me with this.

To get the administrator account for this action, follow these steps..
1.Open notepad
2.Type the following:
command.com
3:Save it as Cmd.Bat
4:Open it
5:Type in the following:
Net user Administrator *
6:Type a new password when it asks you and confirm it.
7:Do the Group policy Editor thingy
