How to share a printer on your home network that doesn’t have a network card كيفية تقاسم طابعه على شبكة منزلك ان ليس لديه بطاقه الشبكه

Do you have a printer at home that’s connected to one computer and whenever you need to print from another computer at home, you have to email yourself the file and then download it on the other computer just to print it!??! هل لديك طابعة في البيت ان 'sصلة حاسوب واحد ، وكلما تحتاجه لطباعة آخر من الحاسوب في المنزل ، لديك بريد الكتروني إلى نفسك الملف ثم تحميله على جهاز الكمبيوتر الآخر عادل لطباعته!؟؟! Well if you have that problem and would like to be able to print from any computer in your house, then here are the steps to doing it! بالاضافة الى ذلك اذا كانت لديك مشكلة وتود أن تكون قادرة على الطباعه من اي جهاز كمبيوتر في بيتك ، ثم اليك الخطوات اللازمة لفعل ذلك!

First thing are requirements: In order to print from anywhere in the house, all the computer have to be connected to the same network, which means either connected to the same router by wire or you need to have a wireless network setup in your house. اول شيء هي متطلبات : من اجل الطباعه من اي مكان في المنزل ، كل على الحاسوب قد تكون مرتبطة الى نفس الشبكه ، وهو ما يعني إما مرتبطة نفس مسار سلكيه او تحتاج ان يكون لديك اعداد شبكة لاسلكيه في منزلك. That way all the computers can see each other on the network, otherwise if the computers cannot communicate, then there can’t be any sharing! ان جميع الحواسيب الطريقة يمكن ان نرى بعضنا البعض على الشبكه ، وإلا إذا كانت أجهزة الكمبيوتر لا يستطيعون التواصل ، ومن ثم لا يمكن ان يكون هناك اي تقاسم!

Step 1: First you need to make sure all the computers are in the same Workgroup. الخطوة 1 : اولا انت بحاجة الى التأكد من ان كل اجهزة الكمبيوتر في نفس مجموعة العمل. A workgroup is a Windows term that basically means a group of computers that have something in commom and can communicate together. أ مجموعة العمل هو ويندوز ان مصطلح يعني اساسا مجموعة من اجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تم شيء في commom وقادرون على التواصل معا. So to make sure all the computers are in the same group, you need to click on Start, and then Control Panel. لذلك تأكد من ان كافة اجهزة الكمبيوتر في المجموعة نفسها ، انت بحاجة الى انقر على ابدا ، وبعد ذلك لوحة التحكم. Once you are there, click Switch To Classic View in the upper left corner. عندما أنت هناك ، واضغط على مفتاح الكلاسيكيه الرأي في الزاويه اليسرى العليا. Now click on the System icon. الآن انقر على ايقونه النظام. Click on the Computer Name tab. انقر على علامة التبويب اسم الكمبيوتر. Click the Change button at the bottom of the dialog box. انقر على زر التغيير في اسفل مربع الحوار.

You should see this: يجب ان تتمكن من رؤية هذه :

There are two options listed here: Member of Domain (usually for corporate offices) and Workgroup (which is what we need to use for home). وهناك خياران المدرجه هنا : عضو المجال (عادة لمكاتب الشركات) ، ومجموعة العمل (التي هي ما نحتاج الى الصفحه الرئيسية لاستخدام). Select Workgroup and type in a name to describe your home network, something short like HOME. اختيار مجموعة العمل والنوع في الاسم لوصف شبكة منزلك ، شيئا قصيرة مثل المنزل. Remember, you can’t put any spaces or symbols into the name and this is preferable because you want it to be easy to remember! تذكر انك لا يمكن وضع اي فراغات او رموز في الاسم وهذا هو الافضل لأنك تريد ان تكون سهلة التذكر!

Once you type in the name, click OK and then OK again and Windows will ask you to restart the computer for the changes to take effect. مرة تكتبها في الاسم ، وانقر على موافق ثم موافق مرة اخرى ويندوز وسوف يطلب منك اعادة تشغيل الكمبيوتر ليسري مفعول التغييرات. Go ahead and do this. المضي قدما ونفعل ذلك. In the meantime you can do these same steps for the other computers in your house that you want to connect to the printer. وفي هذه الاثناء يمكنك القيام بنفس هذه الخطوات لاجهزة الكمبيوتر الاخرى الموجودة في بيتك ان كنت تريد ان توصلك الى الطابعه.

Now that all the comptuers are in the same group, let’s get to actually sharing the printer. الان ان جميع comptuers هم في نفس المجموعة ، دعنا فعلا الى مشاركة الطابعه. Go to the comptuer that the printer is connected to and click on Start and then Printers and Faxes: اذهب الى comptuer ان الطابعه لها علاقة وانقر على ابدا ثم الطابعات والفاكسات :

Next, you should see an icon for the printer in the list. المقبل ، يجب ان تشاهد ايقونه للطباعة في القائمة. Right-click on the printer icon and select Properties. انقر بالزر الايمن على ايقونه الطابعه وحدد خصائص. On the dialog box, select the Sharing tab: على مربع الحوار ، اختر تقاسم علامة التبويب :

Click the Share this printer radio button and type in a name for the share name. اضغط حصة هذه الطابعه زر الراديو ونوع في اسم للحصة الاسم. The share name is basically what you want the name to be when others look at the printer from their computers. حصة اسم هو اساسا ما تريد اسم ليكون عند الآخرين انظروا الى الطابعه من حواسيبهم. Again, here you need to type a short name with no spaces or symbols, something like HPHome or HPPrint is fine. مرة أخرى ، وهنا أنت بحاجة الى نوع اسما قصيرا مع وجود مسافات أو رموز ، او ما يشبهه hphome او hpprint بخير.

Click OK and you’ll see the printer icon looks a different now: انقر موافق وسترى ايقونه الطابعه تبدو مختلفة الآن :

This means that the printer is currently being shared and now we will be able to find it from the other computers. وهذا يعني ان طابعه ويجري حاليا المشتركة والآن نحن سوف نكون قادرين على ايجاد آلية من اجهزة الكمبيوتر الاخرى. However, before we go to the other computers, we need one more piece of information from the comptuer that is connected to the printer: the name of the computer. ولكن قبل ان نذهب الى الحواسيب الاخرى ، ونحن بحاجة الى مزيد من قطعة واحدة من المعلومات من comptuer ان ترتبط الطابعه : اسم الكمبيوتر.

If you don’t know the name of the computer, you can follow these steps: Click on Start and then Run. اذا كنت لا تعرف اسم الكمبيوتر ، يمكنك اتباع هذه الخطوات : انقر على ابدا ثم تشغيل.

Then when the Run dialog comes up, type in CMD and click OK: ثم عندما يحين موعد الحوار تشغيل ، اكتب CMD واضغط موافق :

This will bring up the Command Prompt window and at the prompt, type in the word “hostname” without the quotes and press Enter: هذا سيجلب تصل الاوامر النافذة وعلى وجه السرعه ، والنوع في كلمة "اسم المضيف" بدون علامتي الاقتباس واضغط مفتاح الادخال :

This is the name of your computer. هذا هو اسم جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك. You’ll need this later on when we try to connect from the other computers to this one. انت بحاجة الى وقت لاحق على هذا عندما نحاول الاتصال من حواسيب اخرى الى هذا احد. Ok, so now we can go to Computer B that you would like to use so that you can print without having to connect directly to the printer. حسنا ، حتى الآن يمكننا ان نذهب الى الكمبيوتر ب إن الذي ترغب في استخدامه بحيث يمكنك طباعته دون الحاجة الى الاتصال مباشرة الى الطابعه.

Click Start and then Printers & Faxes. انقر فوق ابدا ثم الطابعات والفاكسات &. In the dialog, clikc Add a Printer from the upper left corner. في الحوار ، clikc اضافة الطابعه من الزاويه اليسرى العليا.

When you see the Welcome to the Add Printer wizard, go ahead and click Next. عندما رأيت اهلا بكم الى معالج اضافة الطابعه اتفضل واضغط على زر التالي. On the next screen where it asks you what type of printer you want to connect to, choose “A network printer or a printer attached to another computer” option and click Next. على الشاشه التالية حيث يطلب منك ما هو نوع الطابعه التي تريد ربط ل، اختر "شبكة الطابعه او طابعة ملحقة جهاز كمبيوتر اخر" الخيار وانقر على التالي.

In the next screen, you want to choose “Connect to this printer (or to browse for a printer…)” option and in the text box you will now need to type two forward slashes, “\\” followed by the computer name that we found out earlier, followed by another slash and then the name you chose for the shared printer (in our example HPHome). في الشاشه التالية ، لأنك تريد ان تختار "لربط هذه الطابعه (او لاستعرض لطابعه…)" والخيار في مربع النص انكم بحاجة الآن الى النوع الثاني قطع الامام ، "\ \" يليه اسم جهاز الكمبيوتر ان وجدنا بها في وقت سابق ، ثم تبعتها جهة اخرى القطع وثم الاسم الذي اخترته لتقاسم الطابعه (في مثالنا hphome).

Click Next and Windows will try to connect to the printer. انقر على ويندوز القادم وسيحاول ان توصلك الى الطابعه. It should find it without a problem and then you can click Next and Finish. وينبغي أن تجد بدون مشكلة وبعد ذلك يمكنك النقر المقبل وتنتهي. If however, it does not find it, clear out the entire text box and click Next. اذا بيد انها لا تجد ، واضحة من اصل كامل مربع النص وانقر على التالي. Windows will try and find all the computers on the network automatically and it will give you a list of computers of which you can then double click and it will show any shared printers. ويندوز وسيحاول ايجاد جميع الحواسيب على الشبكه تلقائيا وسوف أعطيك قائمة من الحواسيب التي يمكنك ثم النقر المزدوج ، وانه سيظهر في اي الطابعات المشتركة.

Once you double click the name and click Next, the wizard will ask you if you want this to be your default printer or not. وبمجرد النقر المزدوج للاسم واضغط على زر التالي ، المعالج سوف تسالك اذا كنت تريد ان يكون لهذه الطابعه الافتراضيه الخاصة بك ام لا. Choose Yes or No. After that, you’re done!!! اختر نعم او رقم بعد ذلك ، لقد انتهيت! The wizard will automatically download the driver from the other computer, so you don’t have to install the drivers yourself. المعالج تلقائيا تنزيل السائق من كمبيوتر اخر ، وبالتالي لن تضطر الى تثبيت السائقين نفسك.

Remember, since the other computers are connecting to the main computer attached to the printer, the main computer must be on at all times. تذكر ، ومنذ الحواسيب الاخرى هي ربط الى الحاسوب الرئيسية المعلقه على طابعه الرئيسي يتعين تشغيل الكمبيوتر في جميع الأوقات.
