How to install a network printer on your home or office network كيفية تثبيت الطابعه على شبكة منزلك أو شبكة المكاتب

If you’re planning on buying a printer soon, you should consider buying a network printer. اذا كنت التخطيط على شراء طابعة قريبا ، ويجب ان تفكر في شراء شبكة الطابعه. Prices have come down in recent years and now that most people have wireless networks, you can setup your network so that you can print from anywhere in the house! الاسعار قد انخفضت فى السنوات الاخيرة والآن ان معظم الناس الشبكات اللاسلكيه ، يمكنك اعداد الشبكه الخاصة بك وبذلك يمكنك من طباعة اي مكان في المنزل! It’s also great for guests because they can connect to your wireless network and print easily, so you’ll get lots of kudos as a host! وهي ايضا عظيمة للضيوف لانهم يستطيعون الاتصال الخاصة بك الى شبكة لاسلكيه والطباعه بسهولة ، بحيث ستحصل على الكثير من الشهره باعتبارها المضيفه!

Here’s what you’ll need to do in order to setup the printer on your network: اليك ما عليك القيام به لغرض اعداد الطابعه على الشبكه الخاص بك :

1. First, connect the printer to your network by connecting one end of a Cat 5 cable (which should have come with your printer) to your router: اولا ، لربط الطابعه الخاصة بك عن طريق ربط شبكة واحدة نهاية القط 5 كيبل (الذي كان ينبغي ان تأتي مع الطابعه) الى مسار الخاص بك :

And the other end into the network port of your printer. والطرف الآخر في منفذ شبكي من الطابعه. Turn your printer on and wait for it to become ready. بدوره على الطابعه ، وانتظر ان يصبح جاهزا.

2. Next you’ll need to get the IP address of your printer. المقبل ستحتاج الى الحصول على عنوان ايبي من الطابعه. The IP address is what will tell your computer where to find your printer on the network. معالجة الملكيه الفكريه هي التي تخبر الحاسوب أين تجد الطابعه على الشبكه. All network printers allow you to print a configuration sheet which will list basic information about the printer along with the current network configuration. جميع طابعات الشبكه تتيح لك طباعة صحيفة التشكيل الذي سوف قائمة المعلومات الاساسية عن الطابعه مع الشبكه الحالية التشكيل.

For most printers, this involves pressing the Menu button on the printer, going to the Information option and choosing Print Configuration . وبالنسبة لمعظم الطابعات ، وهذا ينطوي على الضغط على زر القائمة على الطابعه ، ستذهب الى المعلومات واختيار الخيار طباعة الاعداد. You will be looking for the TCP / IP section: سوف تجد نفسك لبرنامج التعاون الفنى / قسم الملكيه الفكريه :

The IP Address is what you’ll need for the next steps. الملكيه الفكريه معالجة ما ستحتاج للخطوات المقبلة.

3. The last step is to add the printer to your computer. الخطوة الاخيرة هي اضافة الطابعه الى جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك. Click on Start, then Printers and Faxes. انقر على ابدا ، ثم الطابعات والفاكسات.

If you don’t see this in your Start Menu, you can go to Start, Control Panel and then click on Printers and Faxes there. إذا كنت لا ترى هذا في قائمة أبدا الخاصة بك ، يمكنك الذهاب إلى البدء ، لوحة التحكم ، ثم انقر على الطابعات والفاكسات هناك. Click Add Printer from the task pane on the left. انقر فوق اضافة طابعة من مهمة لوحة على اليسار.

The Add Printer wizard will begin, so click Next to get started. اضافة سيبدأ معالج الطابعه ، بحيث انقر المقبل لتبدأ. On the next screen you’ll be asked whether your printer is a local printer or a network printer. على الشاشه التالية وسوف يطلب منك ما اذا كانت الطابعه هي الطابعه المحلية او شبكة الطابعه. These options are confusing because a network printer is actually referring either a printer connected to another computer or a printer on a print server. هذه الخيارات هي مربكه لان شبكة الطابعه هو فعلا مشيرا اما طابعة متصله الى جهاز كمبيوتر اخر او طابعة على خادم طباعة. Our printer is a stand-alone printer and so you must select Local printer attached to this computer and make sure that you uncheck the box for automatically detecting the printer. طابعة لدينا هي بذاتها الطابعه ولذا يجب عليك اختيار الطابعه المحلية لتولي هذا الكمبيوتر وتأكد من انك أزل الاطار تلقائيا لاكتشاف الطابعه.

Click Next and you’ll be asked to select the printer port. انقر المقبل وسيطلب منك اختيار الطابعه الميناء. Since our printer is a network printer with a IP address, we need to select the Create a new port option and choose Standard TCP / IP Port. منذ الطابعه هي الطابعه مع شبكة معالجة الملكيه الفكريه ، ونحن بحاجة الى اختيار انشاء ميناء جديد واختيار الخيار القياسيه برنامج التعاون الفنى / ميناء الملكيه الفكريه.

Click Next and you’ll get another wizard to add a TCP / IP printer port. اضغط على زر التالي وستحصل على معالج آخر يضاف الى برنامج التعاون الفنى / الملكيه الفكريه الطابعه الميناء. On the main wizard screen click Next. على الشاشه الرئيسية المعالج انقر المقبل. In the first text box , Printer Name or IP Address, enter the IP address from the printer configuration sheet you printer earlier. في مربع النص الاول ، وطباعة اسم أو عنوان الآي بي ، ادخل عنوان ايبي من اعداد ورقة الطابعه لكم الطابعه في وقت سابق.

Click Next and depending on the printer you have, you may get one more dialog before the end of the wizard. انقر المقبل وهذا يتوقف على الطابعه لديك ، قد تحصل على المزيد من الحوار واحدة قبل نهاية هذا المعالج. If the network card for the printer cannot be identified, the wizard will ask you to choose the card type. اذا بطاقه شبكة لالطابعه لا يمكن تحديده ، المعالج سوف تسالك اختيار نوع البطاقه. You can leave the default of “ Generic Network Card ” and click Next. يمكنك ترك التقصير من "عامة بطاقه شبكة" وانقر على التالي.

You will then continue on with the Add Printer wizard and you’ll need to either choose the printer from the list of manufacturers or click Have Disk and insert your printer driver cd in the computer. ثم انكم على تواصل مع معالج اضافة الطابعه وعليك ان تختار اما الى الطابعه من قائمة الصانعين أو انقر وقد القرص وتضاف الطابعه السائق في قرص كمبيوتر.

Click Next and enter a name for your printer and click the Yes radio button if you would like the printer to be your default printer. اضغط على زر التالي وادخل اسما للطباعة وانقر على زر الراديو نعم اذا اردت ان الطابعه لتكون الطابعه الافتراضيه الخاصة بك.

Click Next and you’ll be asked whether you want to share the printer or not. انقر المقبل وسوف يطلب منك ما اذا كانت تريد المشاركة او لا الطابعه. Click No because anyone else who wants to connect will be able to do so following the same steps. اضغط لا لأن اي شخص آخر يريد ربط سوف تكون قادرة على ان تفعل ذلك باتباع نفس الخطوات.

Click Next and click Yes to print a test page and make sure that the computer and printer can communicate! اضغط على زر التالي وانقر فوق نعم للطباعة صفحة اختبار ، وتأكد من ان الحاسوب والطابعه يمكن الاتصال!

Click Next and then click Finish! انقر فوق التالي ثم انقر فوق انهاء! The new printer will appear in your Printers and Faxes screen and you’re ready to print! الطابعه الجديدة سوف تظهر في حسابك طابعات وفاكسات الشاشه وانت على استعداد لطباعة!

    If I have other wired or wireless computers on this network, do I apply this same procedure on them to make this network printer avialable to them? واذا كنت قد اخرى السلكيه او اللاسلكيه والحواسيب على هذه الشبكه ، هل ينطبق هذا الاجراء على نفسه منهم لجعل هذه الشبكه الطابعه avialable اليهم؟

    Yes you can follow the same procedure as shown above for each computer on your network! نعم يمكنك ان يتبع نفس الاجراء كما هو مبين اعلاه بالنسبة لكل جهاز كمبيوتر على شبكة الاتصال لديك!
