Windows Vista Ultimate DreamScene Extension – DeskScapes "Dreams"

Ohh goodness, I have to get Windows Vista soon, if not for the better operating system, at least for the really cool animated desktop wallpapers that are now out there for Vista Ultimate! There is a piece of software called “DreamScapes” that extends Windows DreamScene, which I posted about earlier and you can read here, and gives it the ability to run a .Dream animated wallpapers.

So you’re wondering why would you care about these wallpapers? Well, simple because they are not only animated, but are also dynamic! In my last post, I was talking about how cool it would be if you could have a wallpaper that showed a beach with waves rushing onto the shore, etc. With this software and the files that people are creating, you can have that same shore with waves, but as it becomes later in the night, the sun starts to set on your beach also (this is an example, I don’t know if they have that idea exactly!)!!! Pretty amazing I would say!

They also have premium dreams which cost anywhere between $3 to $5 and these are exceptional! Microsoft used a couple of these in their Press releases to show off to the public, so they are very high quality! The site also has video of the animations, so you can view it before you buy the premium ones.
