		<description>In my experience, it has been very beneficial to keep the hard drive always on so that the PC never goes to sleep. Nothing is more frustrating than to have to &quot;wake&quot; from a sleep to find your downloads still haven&#039;t finished.</description>

		<description>Updating the drivers for my Toshiba laptop seemed to have fixed the sleep problem with Windows 7. It&#039;s about 2 years old, so I updated the BIOS and the drivers for the network card, audio, and display. Thanks.</description>
