I already done this imaging... just want to ask if I can restore them to a higher capacity drive... Is it ok...? Well actualy I already tried also restoring it to a higher capacity drive(the image is from my old hard drive 160gb seagate just died recently, new drive is 320gb western digital both of them ara SATA). Restoring is unsuccessful, and show a messagebox something like this "the drive is missing", I restarted my computer and it shock me on what I see in the BIOS the new drive is gone, its there a while ago and now its gone, (additional info: sata data cable and sata power cable are both new). I'm having suspicions about my mobo and power supply, because it seems like it killed my new drive... same thing that happen to seagate... they become undetectable in BIOS. Help me please...

So just to be clear...a system image will backup the entire partition including all data? What if you have another partition on your hard drive, will it back that up also? Thanks.
