we have a website and are wanting to make changes to it. we havnt made changed for years and i need to find out who to contact to be able to make changes for us.

The service Who is hosting this gives the name of the data center of the host only and not the exact hosts name.

DNSstuff is a paid service but it works excellently.. I use Whois.sc for most of my Whois needs!

Ram & Shashank – Those are great tools also. I was looking for something that just gave me the hosting info as I am planning to shift hosts possibly.

Madhur – I definitely agree with you, this is better than whois.sc for looking up who hosts a website

That is a great tool but the best way to check out more is go to dnsstuff.com they have a wide range/variety of tools to choose from .

it is useful just you want to know who is hosting the website. I use whois.domaintools.com for this, it also gives whois info, title relevancy, SEO score etc, which is also useful sometime.
