Overzicht van Levende Documenten - de online vervanging van het Bureau 2007

Ik gebruik nog Microsoft Office documenten, spreadsheets, en Power Point presentaties te creëren uit te geven en te wijzigen, maar misschien niet voor teveel langer! Waarom? Er zijn nieuw de online geroepen Levende Documenten bureau van de reeks die uit spoedig komt en het enige woord dat ik want het is kickass heb gehad! Veronderstel een online versie van Microsoft Office 2007 die enkel het zelfde kijkt, sneller werkt, en volledig vrij is!
Leef Documenten is nog in bèta, maar ik kon bèta krijgen uitnodig om het uit te testen! Ik moet zeggen dat het veruit het koelste kijken en de meeste functionele online bureaureeks is die ik rond heb geknoeid met en ik rond met een bos met inbegrip van Doc. Zoho, Google, en ThinkFree heb gespeeld.
Leef Documenten werd gebouwd gebruikend technologieën RIA zoals Flits en buigen, daardoor gevend het zeer snel en een Web 2.0 rijke interface. Het is a volledig-gekenmerkte online bureaureeks dat biedt functionaliteit gelijkwaardig aan Word, Excel en Powerpoint aan.
Ook, omvat het een facultatieve toepassing van de Desktopcliënt die net in de toepassingen van het Microsoft Office stopt en samenwerkingsmogelijkheden in apps, met inbegrip van inbedt capaciteit om documenten te delen en verscheidene mensen te hebben hen tezelfdertijd uitgeven. Het bevat ook eigenschappen die gebruikers toestaan om toegang tot documenten te controleren en terug naar vorige versies (opslagrevisies) terug te keren.
Nochtans, is de beste eigenschap bovenop hierboven vermeld alles dat feit dat de gebruikers kunnen OFFLINE in Levende Documenten werken, of van hun Desktop of via de Webinterface, en alle veranderingen zal worden gesynchroniseerd zodra de computer terug naar Internet verbindt.
De documenten die door Levende Documenten worden gecre�ërd zijn volledig compatibel met Microsoft Office en andere open bronformaten zoals Open Bureau. Fundamenteel, breekt het slot-binnen het merkgebonden formaat van Microsoft terwijl tezelfdertijd het geven van u alle voordelen van de recentste versie van Bureau 2007, zoals macro's, lijststijlen, het voorwaardelijke formatteren, en levende voorproefveranderingen als in Powerpoint 2007.
Dashboard het scherm in Levende Documenten omvat een menu over de bodem waar u uw documenten bekijken, toegangsverzoeken beheren aan uw documenten, uw contacten beheren, uw montages veranderen, een handtekening toevoegen, taken kunt tot stand brengen, of besprekingen tot stand brengen.
Het klikken op Documenten zal u een lijst van uw huidige documenten samen met een bos van opties geven die over de bovenkant gaan, die het zelfde als de opties op de bodem van het Dashboard zijn. U kunt uw documenten downloaden aan uw Desktop, een document van u uploaden lokale computer, of een nieuw document online creëren.
Nu voor het pretdeel! Ga door en cre�ër een nieuw document en zie wat de interface als kijkt. I think by far the best thing about Live Documents is how well they replicated the Office 2007 interface. The ribbon interface is exactly the same and it is exceptionally responsive. Clicking between the different menu options brings up each ribbon instantly. Here’s a few screenshots:

Unfortunately, the Word interface did not load correctly and therefore I could only get one screenshot! I guess that’s why it’s still in beta! Impressed? Some other cool features include the ability to enter macros in the spreadsheet application and the live preview feature of Powerpoint, whereby you can see changes in real time on the slide when scrolling over colors or font styles.
Finally, you can install the Live Documents Desktop Client application that will allow you to share documents with others directly from your desktop Office suite or work offline when not connected to the Internet.
Whether this online Office suite will turn users from Microsoft Office is highly speculative. Definitely most corporations would never switch, it’s really geared towards the casual office user who may not want to spend $500 on MS Office if this can do the same thing. I really doubt Microsoft will lose any market share, but it’s definitely competition for Zoho, Google Docs, ThinkFree. What do you think? Would you use this over MS Office?

Great review buddy . This makes me wanna try it out but it doesnt work well in my slow college connection
well there is also a plugin that you can install in IE and then it will open all your documents that is also for free but this is indeed tempting~~
I am currently using Open Office for editing documents and Google Docs for online storage and backup.
For backup live documents are a weak choice - they are a new product and Google has much more reputation. But it seems to me that they are more intuitive than Open Office.. Too bad they are invite only.
Also what about support for other languages?
