The first thing you’ll notice about Office Live Workspace is the concept of a “Workspace”. أول ما ستلاحظ حول مكتب العيش مساحة عمل هو مفهوم "مساحة عمل". Creating a new note allows you to create a simple web document with basic formatting tools. ايجاد ملاحظه جديدة تسمح لك بانشاء شبكة بسيطة مع الوثيقة الأساسية تهيئة الأدوات. You can use this to capture class notes, jot down reminders, or keep track of issues. يمكنك استخدام هذه لأسر الطبقة تلاحظ ، الذرة اسفل تذكرة ، او تتبع القضايا. It’sa very simple version of Word. The Excel equivalent is when you create a new list. أكسل يعادل هو عندما تصنع قائمة جديدة. In a list, you can add columns and rows kind of like a spreadsheet and you are given the option to export your list to Excel. في قائمة ، يمكنك اضافة اعمدة وصفوف وكأنها نوع من الجدوله وانت الخيار نظرا إلى التصدير إلى قاءمتك اكسل. However, you cannot enter formulas or use advanced functions like in Excel. ولكن لا يمكنك ادخال او استخدام صيغ متقدمة في وظائف مثل اكسل.

In a list, you can choose what kind of data will go into a column by clicking on the drop drop arrow next to the column name. في قائمة ، ويمكنك اختيار اي نوع من البيانات سيذهب الى العمود بالنقر على قطرة قطرة السهم القادم الى اسم العمود. Here you can choose whether you will enter text, numbers, dates, or a yes/no combo box. هنا يمكنك اختيار ما اذا كنت ستدخل النص ، والارقام والتواريخ ، أو نعم / لا مجموعة المربع. If you choose a particular type for the column, such as a number, Live Workspace validates the data and will only allow numbers to be entered into the field. اذا اخترت نوع معين لعمود ، مثل عدد ، ويعيش مساحة عمل يصدق البيانات ولن يسمح للارقام الى ان دخلت الى الميدان.

Office Live Workspace also allows you to share your documents with others. مساحة عمل مكتب العيش كما يتيح لك يشاركونك الوثائق مع الآخرين. When you are viewing a preview of an Office document, you can click the Share button on the right to share the document by sending someone an email or by sharing your entire screen out. عندما تقوم بعرض معاينه للمكتب الوثيقة ، يمكنك النقر على زر نصيب الحق في حصة الوثيقة عن طريق ارسال بريد الكتروني او شخص ما عن طريق تقاسم الخاصة بك بأكملها خارج الشاشه.

You’ll be able to open an Office document stored in your workspace right from your computer or you can open an Office document on your computer and save it to your workspace. ستتمكن من فتح مكتب في وثيقة مخزنه الخاص بك الحق في مساحة عمل من خلال جهاز الكمبيوتر او يمكنك فتح مكتب الوثيقة على جهازك واحفظه لمساحة العمل الخاصة بك.

If you have Office 2007 installed, in your Office Word, Office Excel, or Office PowerPoint applications, click the Office button. اذا كان لديك مكتب تركيب 2007 ، في مكتبكم كلمة ، مكتب اكسل ، او مكتب PowerPoint التطبيقات ، انقر على زر المكتب. Overall, it’sa good first step for Microsoft to at least put something on the web! عموما ، it'sa خطوة أولى جيدة لمايكروسوفت على الاقل وضع شيء على الويب! I think that eventually they need to allow people to edit documents online that are compatibile with Word, Excel and Powerpoint. واعتقد انه في نهاية المطاف التى يحتاجونها لتسمح للناس لتحرير المستندات على الانترنت التي هي compatibile مع كلمة ، اكسل وPowerPoint. I think if Microsoft really tries hard, Live Workspace could be better than Google Docs, but they’ll have to let go of Office only being on the desktop and allow people to do everything online! اعتقد لو مايكروسوفت تحاول جاهده فعلا ، ويعيش مساحة عمل يمكن أن يكون أفضل من صور المستندات ، لكنها ستسنح لأترك المكتب فقط يجري على سطح المكتب وتسمح للناس ان تفعل كل شيء على الانترنت!
