PhraseExpress Phraseexpress is a very cool application that lets you to save yourself from repetitive typing of phrases by allowing you to save and quickly paste your phrases into any application. هو تطبيق رائع جدا يسمح لك ان انقاذ نفسك من تكرار عبارات من الطباعه عن طريق السماح لك بسرعة لانقاذ ولصق العبارات الخاصة بك في اي تطبيق. The program can be used for a variety of purposes, such as for signatures on emails, addresses, bank account numbers, or for common chat lingo! البرنامج يمكن ان يستخدم لأغراض متنوعة ، مثل لالتوقيعات على رسائل البريد الالكتروني والعناوين وارقام الحسابات المصرفية ، او للدردشه مشتركة رطانه!

Using PhraseExpress, you can assign phrases to shortcut keys or smaller phrases that you define. باستخدام phraseexpress ، يمكنك ان تخصص لجمل مفاتيح الاختصار او اصغر العبارات التي تحدد لك. For example, you can say that “I love you honey” is going to be assigned to the shortcut of Alt + I (hotkey) and you can say that whenever you type the letters “ ilu ” (autotext), it will be expanded to the full phrase. على سبيل المثال ، يمكنك ان تقول "احبك العسل" ذاهب الى ان تسند الى اختصار للبديل الاول + (Hotkey) ويمكنك القول انه كلما قمت بكتابة الحروف "ilu" (autotext) ، وانها ستتوسع كامل العبارة. However, having a different shortcut key for each phrase will end up being way too much to remember, so PhraseExpress allow you to assign multiple phrases to a SINGLE hotkey! ولكن ، وبعد ان مفتاح الاختصار مختلفا عن كل عبارة وسوف ينتهي الأمر بطريقة تذكر كثيرا ، حتى phraseexpress تسمح لك اسناد متعددة الى جمل واحد Hotkey!

So if you can assign all of your common email signatures to one particular hotkey and simply choose the desired phrase from a popup right next your cursor! حتى اذا يمكنك ان تخصص كل من البريد الالكتروني الخاص بك المشتركة التوقيعات لاحد خاصة Hotkey وببساطة تختار المنشود عبارة عن تعداد الحق المقبل المؤشر! Pretty neat! جميلة بارعه!

The Standard edition is free and has all of the functions of the other versions, Professional and Network. الطبعه الموحدة هي حرة وجميع من وظائف من الاصدارات الاخرى ، وشبكة المهنيه. The only difference is that Professional can be used for commercial purposes. والفارق الوحيد هو ان المهنيه يمكن ان تستخدم لأغراض تجارية. Once you’ve installed it, you’ll see the PhraseExpress icon in the lower right System Tray: وبمجرد تركيب عليه ، سترى phraseexpress ايقونه في الاسفل علبة النظام :

You can quickly begin storing new phrases while you’re actually typing something. يمكنك ان تبدأ بسرعة تخزين جديدة العبارات بينما انت فعلا بكتابة شيء. For example, if you’re writing an email and you think you might use that particular phrase again, you can simply select the text, click on the icon in the task bar, and select Create new phrase . فعلى سبيل المثال ، اذا كنت كتابة رسالة الكترونيه وكنت تعتقد انك قد لا سيما ان استخدام هذه العبارة مرة اخرى ، يمكنك ببساطة اختيار النص ، وانقر على ايقونه في شريط المهام ، واختر انشاء عبارة جديدة.

You can paste a phrase into any application in three different ways: يمكنك لصق اي عبارة حيز التطبيق في ثلاث طرق مختلفة :

1. Place the cursor at the target location and click on the PhraseExpress icon. مكان المؤشر في الموقع المستهدف ، وانقر على ايقونه phraseexpress. Choose the phrase that you want to insert. اختر العبارة التي تريد تدرج.

2. Press the Hotkey combination that you assigned to the phrase اضغط Hotkey التشكيله التي قمت بتعيينه العبارة

3. Type in the sequence of letters you assigned in the Autotext box for the phrase النوع في سلسلة من الرسائل قمت بتعيينه في autotext المربع لعبارة

For steps 2 and 3, if there is more than one phrase stored, they will all popup where the cursor is currently located. لخطوات 2 و 3 ، اذا كان هناك أكثر من عبارة واحدة المخزنه ، وانهم جميعا سوف المنبثقة حيث يقع المؤشر حاليا.

There are a tons of other features of PhraseExpress that make the program absolutely essential for anyone who does a lot of typing! هناك أطنان من السمات الاخرى التي تجعل phraseexpress البرنامج الضروري تماما بالنسبة لمن لا الكثير من طباعة! It’ll increase your word count and save you from carpal tunnel syndrome! انها سوف تزيد من عدد الكلمات ويخلصك من carpal متلازمه النفق!

Currently PhraseExpress does (slightly) more, but Direct Access is prettier and easier to use. حاليا phraseexpress لا أكثر (قليلا) ، ولكن الوصول الفوري هو اجمل واسهل في الاستخدام.

@Sridhar: Your statement is too funny as you actually also seem to prefer PhraseExpress over DirectAccess (http://phraseexpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2268). @ Sridhar : بيانكم هو مضحك جدا كما كنت فعلا كما يبدو تفضل phraseexpress مدى الوصول المباشر (http://phraseexpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php؟t=2268).
But anyway, PhraseExpress is not only far more powerful but also cost nada. ولكن على اية حال ، ليس فقط phraseexpress هو الان اكثر قوة ولكن أيضا من حيث التكلفه ندى. Michael: I agree w/ you that PE is free for personal use and hence should be the preferred program to use. مايكل : انا اوافق ث / أنت حر في أن المءسسه العامة للاستخدام الشخصي ، وبالتالي ينبغي ان يكون البرنامج المفضل لاستخدامها.
Personally, since I’ve obtained DA for free and have 2GB RAM, I use it on my office laptop. شخصيا ، لقد حصلت منذ دا لالحرة ولقد رام 2 جيجا بايت ، استخدمه على مكتبي الحجريه. If that were not the case, I would have just been devoted to PhraseExpress. اذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك ، اود ان توي المكرسه لphraseexpress.
I also use DA (on my desktop). وأود أيضا استخدام دا (بلادي على سطح المكتب). I like both the programs as they have their own strengths. أنا أحب كل البرامج لانها لديها نقاط قوة.

Shridar, so why making advertisement for a commercial program which looks like a poor rip-off? Shridar ، فلماذا جعل لإعلان تجاري البرنامج الذي يشبه الفقراء - من تمزق؟

I don’t agree w/ you calling DA a poor rip-off. لا اوافق ث / داعيا لكم دا فقير - من التمزق.
In my opinion, both are good programs and I just shared that info w/ everyone over here. في رأيي ، وكلاهما جيد ، وأنا فقط البرامج المشتركة ان المعلومات ث / اكثر من الجميع هنا. I don’t see why it’s called ’spamming’. انا لا ارى لماذا انه يدعى 'المرغوب'. If it is so as per this blog’s author, then it’s up to him to delete my comments. إذا كان ذلك وفقا للبلوق هذا المؤلف ، ثم يعود الامر له لحذف تعليقاتي.
Again, I use both the programs and make suggestions and participate in the forums for both. مرة اخرى ، انا استعمل كل من البرامج وتقديم المقترحات والمشاركة في المنتديات لكليهما.

I just can see that PhraseExpress is a nice Freeware and you are posting a link to a commercial $40 program which does even LESS. انا فقط نستطيع ان نرى phraseexpress هي جميلة مجانيه وتقوم بالارسال الى ارتباط تجاري 40 دولارا البرنامج الذي لا بل أقل من ذلك. I call it spamming. وأسميها المرغوب.
If you refer to the launcher features of DirectAccess why don’t you post it relating to launcher applications (or will you start to make antivirus program suggestions in this thread as well???). وإذا كنت أشير الى قاذفه من ميزات الوصول المباشر لماذا لا وظيفة تتعلق قاذفه التطبيقات (او هل انت مستعد لبدء برنامج الحمايه من الفيروسات لتقديم اقتراحات في هذا الخيط كذلك؟؟؟).

Thanks Frank. شكرا فرانك. You’ve just lost one user (Not sure whether you care or not). كنت قد فقدت للتو لمستخدم واحد (لست متأكدا ما اذا كنتم الرعايه ام لا). With such an attitude of the author/owner, I’ll never use your program (PhraseExpress) again. مع مثل هذا الموقف من صاحب / صاحبة ، انا لن استخدام برنامجك (phraseexpress) مرة اخرى.
To everyone: PhraseExpress as a program is quite nice freeware (for personal use). الى الجميع : phraseexpress كبرنامج نيس مجانيه تماما (للاستخدام الشخصي). I highly recommend it (as I do Direct Access). أنا جدا اوصى به (كما أفعل الوصول الفوري).

Huh? هاه؟ I am not PhraseExpress and I just don’t care what YOU are using. انا لست phraseexpress وأنا فقط لا يهتمون ما كنت تستخدم. Go wherever you want to go. أذهب أينما كنت تريد أن تذهب. Really! حقا!
