Another former keyboard secret that’s fun to use and share is the calculator function. To use Word as a calculator, hit the View menu, choose Toolbars , then Customize . Choose the Commands tab in the Customize box. On a new, blank line, type 300 and hit Enter. Type 200, hit Enter. Type 1457, hit Enter. Select all the numbers, click Calculate.
