Keyboard secrets. Students used to trade them in college like a more sophisticated version of baseball cards. Microsoft Word has long been suspected of keeping an immense log of shortcut keys, written in longhand and available only to Bill Gates. Here are the quick and dirty clues to MS keyboard secrets. Click the “ Tools ” menu, then hit “ Macros In .” Next step – pick “ ListCommands ” in “ Macro Name .” Then, hit the “ Run ” button. Say, for example, that the user has been working on a Word document. He leaves it for a day or two, after which he then abridges it, adds some more material, plays around with it a little bit. Then, if the user wants to go back to where he originally left off, he can open the document and press Shift-F5 . Another former keyboard secret that’s fun to use and share is the calculator function. To use Word as a calculator, hit the View menu, choose Toolbars , then Customize . Choose the Commands tab in the Customize box. On a new, blank line, type 300 and hit Enter. Type 200, hit Enter. Type 1457, hit Enter. Select all the numbers, click Calculate. Now get this: the sum of the numbers will appear in the status bar at the bottom of the window. آخر لوحة المفاتيح السابق سرا ان مرح لاستخدام وتقاسم هو آلة حاسبة وظيفة. استخدام كلمة كما وآلة حاسبة ، وبلغت القائمة عرض ، اختر اشرطه الادوات ، ثم تخصيص. اختيار الاوامر في علامة التبويب تخصيص مربع. جديدا علي ، السطر الفارغ ، وتصل الى 300 نوع دخول. نوع 200 ، واصيب دخول. نوع 1457 ، بلغ دخول. اختيار كل الاعداد ، انقر فوق حساب. الآن الحصول على هذا : مجموع الارقام سوف يظهر في شريط الحاله في أسفل النافذة.

Use the numbers you want and paste the result into your document by pressing Ctrl-V. No longer a keyboard secret, try this and see how it goes. And have fun revealing the rest of the keyboard secrets to all your friends so the functions can at last be put to good use. استخدام الأرقام التي تريد ولصق نتيجة الدخول الى حسابك في وثيقة بالضغط على السيطرة - الخامس. لم يعد سرا لوحة المفاتيح ، وجرب هذا نرى كيف يمضي. قتا ممتعا وكشف ما تبقى من اسرار لوحة المفاتيح لجميع اصدقائك حتى المهام التي يمكن ان في الماضي طرح الاستخدام الجيد.

    I had got these as a word document long time back. كنت قد حصلت على هذه الكلمه بوصفها وثيقة من وثائق وقتا طويلا الى الوراء. Was wondering if this feature can be enabled in word 2007? ويتساءل اذا كان يمكن ان تكون هذه الميزه مكنت كلمة في عام 2007؟

    Nirmal, what do you mean by enabled in Word 2007? Nirmal ، ماذا تقصد في كلمة مكن عام 2007؟ I think you can use the built-in macro to print out the list of Word keyboard shortcuts at any time. واعتقد ان يمكنك استخدام مدمج الكلي لطباعة قائمة كلمة اختصارات لوحة المفاتيح في اي وقت.

    Colin, no problem. كولن ، لا مشكلة. The Word 2007 keyboard shortcut list is really useful! كلمة اختصار لوحة المفاتيح 2007 هذه القائمة مفيدة حقا! I use Word a lot and it’s much easier to use via the keyboard. أنا استخدم كلمة الكثير وانه من الاسهل بكثير ان طريق استخدام لوحة المفاتيح.
