If you click on that, there is a checkbox that says "Highlight changes on screen". I'm guessing that will allow you to visually see all changes in the Excel sheet. It looks like 2007 requires a person to either accept or reject. On collaboration projects the decision to accept or reject a change may need to be deferred. Has anyone found a way in Excel 2007 to do this? In Excel 2003, one had the option of skipping a change. It looks like 2007 requires a person to either accept or reject.
