I want to search for emails related to a person with…
Given name is Pin Win
Last name is Sue
Christian name is Chris

Therefore, I need to search for a combination of “Pin win” OR “pinwin” OR “Chris Sue” OR “chrissue” in all the address fields (From, To and CC)

Nothing provide the result that I wanted. PST Walker almost could fulfill my need. However, it is ridiculous that not provide search on CC address field.

But what If i need to search all users’ Outlook PST files and attachments for audit requests from our VP Lawyer? For instance, I have 50 users’ PST files, and our VP wants me to search all of them for whoever@whatever.com conversations? I’m seriously having trouble w/ this one.

When it comes to search in Outlook, the best I have used is Google Desktop and Xobni. Both have some cool features.

mike did you use lookout bevor you had outlook 2007?
i had the problem that lookout didnt work anymore since i installed outlook 2007! i was very upset because i liked this tool very much, but there is a really good follower of lookout! lookeen! it is very similar, and brings the same good results than lookout and runs on vista und outlook 2007!
you should try it if you have the same problem like i had!
