Hoe te om langzaam het laden van Vooruitzichten te bevestigen 2003-2007 datasetprobleem

Het lopen van het Microsoft Outlook 2007 super langzaam? Nog ladings dataset voor u? Ik houd van het enkel wanneer Microsoft probeert om hun software beter te maken door een crapload van nutteloze eigenschappen aan hen toe te voegen! Ik heb geen idee waarom het 8 uren zou vergen om één enkele dataset te laden! Ik weet zelfs wat niet heck de dataset verondersteld om is te zijn! Wij spreken enkel hier net e-mail?

Jammer genoeg, zijn steek houden van en spreken over producten Micorsoft tezelfdertijd gewoonlijk niet mogelijk, zodat zult u enkel met het feit dat moeten leven elke nieuwere versie van Vensters en Bureau slechts uw computer onderaan vooravond gaat meer vertragen!

Zo als u in het midden van het controleren van uw e-mail of het creëren van een nieuwe regel bent en plotseling komt alles tot stilstand met „ladingsdataset“ verschijnend in de statusstaaf, zult u sommige ruwe acties tegen Vooruitzichten moeten voeren als u ooit om het even welk werk wilt kunnen doen.

Hier is een paar manieren u kunt versnel Vooruitzichten 2007 en doe hopelijk dat lastige bericht van de ladingsdataset van de hand:

1. Maak Nutteloze toe:voegen-Ins van Vooruitzichten onbruikbaar

Ja, zijn zij nutteloos, behalve één misschien. om alle onbruikbaar te maken voeg -toe:voegen-ons die door gebrek actief zijn toe, zult u Vooruitzichten 2007 op Administratieve wijze moeten openen.

Eerst, ga aan C:\Programs\Microsoft Bureau \ Office12, klik op het Outlook.exe- programma met de rechtermuisknop aan en kies „Looppas als Beheerder”.

Dan, zodra de ladingen van Vooruitzichten, aan gaan Hulpmiddelen van het hoogste menu en toen Het Centrum van het vertrouwen.

Klik op toe:voegen-Ins in het linkermenu en klik dan op Ga knoop bij de zeer bodem van de dialoog waar het zegt Leid en heeft een daling onderaan doos.

Nu zult u een lijst van toe:voegen-ins worden dat u uncheck kunt. Het is voorstelt dat u V.N.-controle Alle toe:voegen-ins behalve het Indexeren van Vensters.

Ga door en kies de andere optie in de drop-down doos, die de Uitbreidingen van de Cliënt van de Uitwisseling is. Maak niet toe:voegen-ins van de Uitwisseling onbruikbaar als u met een collectief netwerk wordt verbonden.

Deze één verandering verhoogde beduidend de snelheid van mijn installatie van Vooruitzichten 2007. Het hielp ook om het aantal instanties van ladingsdataset te verminderen.

2. Maak voer RSS in Vooruitzichten 2007 onbruikbaar

Een ander lastig gebrek dat in Vooruitzichten 2007 plaatst is het feit dat het een goed aantal voer heeft RSS dat pre-gevormd komt en dat omhoog middelen in termen van synchronisatie eet. De vooruitzichten zullen houden controlerend updates aan dit voer en daarom langzame dingen neer zelfs nog meer. Als u een andere lezer voor uw voer RSS, zoals Lezer Google gebruikt, zorg ervoor om het voer RSS uit Vooruitzichten 2007 te verwijderen.

In Vooruitzichten 2007, ga aan Hulpmiddelen , Account Settings and then click on RSS Feeds.

As you can see, I’ve removed all of my RSS feeds so that no CPU power is being used up for this purpose! Just click the remove button for each RSS feed listed.

3. Compact your Outlook.pst personal folder

One other thing you can do to speed up Outlook 2007 is the compact your email folders so that they are not as large. It’s best to delete out any emails with large attachments or even to archive some emails if your file is larger than 1GB.

In Outlook 2007, click on File and then Data File Management.

Click on the Data Files tab and then double-click on the data file that you wan to compact.

Now go ahead and click on the Compact Now button to reduce the size of the personal folder file.

Hi there Aseem, good post about outlook 2007 tips. I work in a big corporation as a system administrator, and even though we are still using office 2003, outlook is always a problem. people downloading add-ons plugins smiley packages etc.

I will advice my users according to your recommendations.

Thanks for the comment. At my office, we’re still using Office 2003! There are a couple of laptops that we have with Office 2007 and they cause the most problems by far. Not only is Outlook 2007 very slow (by default), but it causes our IBM ThinkPad’s to crash a lot!

you use Thinkpads at your office? how are they? my boss somehow doesn’t like them even though we can get better deals with IMB than Dell. I heard office 2007 and exchange 2007 work pretty sleek though, we are planning to upgrade our exchange 2003 to 2007 let’s see how it goes.

Great tips! As much as everyone loves to hate Microsoft, I’ve used other email programs (begrudgingly) and I have to say that Outlook is far superior, regardless of speed. Hopefully these tips will perk it right up. Thanks!
