We're planning to add this feature to our add-in as well; Our team has had a little bit of Gmail envy ever since they started doing it. I hope MS is paying attention to the Gmail Labs guys when they're planning their Outlook 2010 feature list. Although I guess if they're not, there's more value to add-ins like ours! Awesome!
