There’s an old wives’ tale that says most of us only use about ten percent of our brains. هناك قديم الزوجه تقول الحكايه ان معظمنا فقط استخدام حوالى عشرة في المئة من اعمالنا الادمغه. Well, that’s poppycock. حسنا ، ذلك poppycock. But what is true is that most of us use far less than 10 percent of the power in our expensive Microsoft Office applications. ولكن ما هو صحيح هو إن معظمنا استخدام أقل بكثير من 10 في المئة من الطاقة في منطقتنا مكلفه تطبيقات مايكروسوفت اوفيس. One of the most powerful features available in Excel is its use of formulas . واحدا من اقوى الميزات المتاحة في اكسل هو استخدامه من الصيغ. In each cell of an Excel spreadsheet you can enter data, like numbers or text. في كل خلية من جداول البيانات اكسل يمكنك ادخال البيانات ، مثل ارقام او النص. You can also enter formulas, and formulas can do almost anything with the data in other cells. يمكنك ايضا ان تدخل صيغ ، وصيغ يمكن ان تفعل أي شيء تقريبا مع البيانات في الخلايا الاخرى.

In this post I will show you how to use a simple formula to count things in Excel . في هذا المنصب انا سوف أوضح لك كيفية استخدام صيغة بسيطة لتعول الامور في اكسل. Let’s pose a problem: You have a list of friends who each have a certain amount of money they owe you from different times they borrowed. دعنا يشكل مشكلة : لديك قائمة الأصدقاء الذين لدى كل منهم مبلغا معينا من المال وهم مدينون لكم اوقات مختلفة من انها اقترضت. So what formulas produce the sums of the amounts owed by each friend? فما الذي صيغ انتاج المبالغ من المبالغ المستحقة على كل صديق؟ Simple: SUMIF . بسيطة : sumif. Using the SUMIF formula, I set up a little table that automatically calculates the sum totals owed by each friend. Here’s what I did: I made a list of my friends in Column E. Then in cell F2 I entered the following: اليك ما فعلت : لقد تقدمت قائمة اصدقائي في العمود هاء ثم في الطور الثاني خلية لي دخلت التالية :

=SUMIF($B$2:$B$9,”Mike”,$C$2:$C$9) = Sumif ($ ب $ 2 : $ $ ب 9 ، "مايك" ، $ ج $ 2 : $ $ ج 9)

In the next cell down, في أسفل خلية المقبل ،

=SUMIF($B$2:$B$9,”Janet”,$C$2:$C$9) , = Sumif ($ ب $ 2 : $ $ ب 9 ، "جانيت" ، $ $ ج 2 : ج $ $ 9) ،

and so on, only changing the name for Excel to use as its criterion. وهلم جرا ، إلا بتغيير اسم لاكسل الى استخدام معيار لها. What you are telling Excel to do is, look in the range B2 to B9 (the $ signs make it so you can copy the formula without the range being changed); if it sees the word Mike, it should include the adjacent amount in the range C2 to C9 it its sum. ما أنت تقول اكسل ان نفعله هو ان ننظر في مرمى B2 او الى B9) مبلغ علامات جعله بحيث يمكنك نسخ الصيغة دون طائفة يجري تغيير) ؛ اذا رأت ذلك كلمة مايك ، ينبغي ان تشتمل المتاخمه المبلغ في طائفة الخسائر الى c9 ومن اعماله المبلغ. Simple. بسيطة.

If you think about it you can probably think of some ways you can use the SUMIF formula. اذا كنت فكروا يمكنك ربما نفكر فى بعض الطرق يمكنك استخدام صيغة sumif. But you should only use this power for good, not evil. ولكن يجب عليك إلا استخدام هذه السلطة من اجل الخير وليس الشر.
