There’s an old wives’ tale that says most of us only use about ten percent of our brains. جيّدا, أنّ [بوبّكك]. غير أنّ ماذا يكون يصحّ أنّ أكثر من نا إستعمال بعيدا أقلّ من 10 نسبة مئويّة من القوة في نا غالية مكروسوفت مكتب تطبيقات. لقطة يفوق مثلا. أنا أحبّ يفوق. إن أنت استطاع أخذت الشغل رهيبة أكثر في العالم وحسبت خارجا طريق أن يستعمل فقت أن يتمّ هو, يفكّر أنا أنا وجدت هو حالة لهو.

يسألني الناس غالبا كيف أنا علمت فقت. أنا بدأت ب يقشد كبيرة, سمينة فقت كيف أن يستعمل دليل استخدام, فقط أن يحصل فكرة من ما أنواع الأشياء أنا استطاع أتمّت مع هو. إن أنا استطاع تصوّرت من إستعمال أنا استطاع جعلت من سمة, علم أنا كيف أن يستخدم هو. في ما بعد أنّ كان هو صحيحة يعلم ب يتمّ. غير أنّ كافي حول ي.

واحدة من السمات قوّيّة أكثر يتوفّر داخل فقت إستعماله الصيغ. في كلّ خلية من [إإكسسل] [سبردشيت] أنت يستطيع دخلت معطيات, مثل أرقام أو نص. أنت يستطيع أيضا دخلت صيغ, وصيغ يستطيع أتمّت تقريبا أيّ شيء مع المعطيات في أخرى خلايا.

في هذا موقعة سيبدي أنا أنت فقت كيف أن يستعمل صيغة بسيطة أن يعدّ أشياء داخل. [لت'س] طرحت مشكلة: أنت تتلقّى قائمة ميلان إلى جانب الصديقات الذي كلّ يتلقّى مبلغة مؤكّدة مال هم يستدينون أنت من أوقات مختلفة هم اقترضوا. أنّ يصحّ, أنت مثل بنك. هكذا ينظر قائمت ميلان إلى جانبك مثل هذا:

الآن, إن هذا يكون ال يشبع مدى من ك [شلوك] طرق, أنت استطاع فقط أضفت فوق كم كلّ صديقة يستدين أنت. غير أنّ إن أنت تتلقّى [ا لوت] من هذا مادّة خام يذهب فوق وأنت أردت أن يشغل العملية من يضيف ماذا كلّ شخص يستدين, أنت استطاع ثبتت فوق [سبردشيت] ك أن يتمّ هو ل أنت, مثل هذا:

هكذا ما صيغ ينتجون المجموعات من ال [أموونت وود] ب كلّ صديقة? بسيطة: [سوميف]. Using the SUMIF formula, I set up a little table that automatically calculates the sum totals owed by each friend.

Here’s what I did: I made a list of my friends in Column E. Then in cell F2 I entered the following:

=SUMIF($B$2:$B$9,”Mike”,$C$2:$C$9)

In the next cell down,

=SUMIF($B$2:$B$9,”Janet”,$C$2:$C$9),

and so on, only changing the name for Excel to use as its criterion. What you are telling Excel to do is, look in the range B2 to B9 (the $ signs make it so you can copy the formula without the range being changed); if it sees the word Mike, it should include the adjacent amount in the range C2 to C9 it its sum. Simple.

If you think about it you can probably think of some ways you can use the SUMIF formula. But you should only use this power for good, not evil.

hi there,

can someone help me?

i have a list of a customer name, each customer has many site
when i filter them, i don’t know how many the customer service site?
