Learning the Basics of Microsoft Excel تعلم اساسيات مايكروسوفت إكسل

If you have Microsoft Office installed, but have never touched Excel before because you either didn’t know how to use it or didn’t know what it could do for you, then you MUST read this post on learning how to use Excel ! اذا كان لديك مايكروسوفت اوفيس تركيبها ، ولكن لم يسبق لهم قبل ان تطرق اكسل لانك إما لا يعرفون كيفية استخدامه او لا نعرف ما يمكن ان تفعله للكم ، ثم عليك ان تقرأ هذه الوظيفة على تعلم كيفية استخدام اكسل!

Microsoft Excel is a powerful spreadsheet application that can be used for anything from a simple database all the way up to a full fledged Windows application full with windows forms, macros, and add-ons. مايكروسوفت إكسل هو قوية لجداول البيانات التي يمكن استخدامها في اي شيء من قواعد بيانات بسيطة جميع الطريقة تصل الى تام ويندوز الكامل مع ويندوز اشكال ، ماكرو ، والاضافات. You can use Excel to calculate a car loan payment, graph data, manage customer records, keep an address book, etc. يمكنك استخدام اكسل لحساب سيارة دفع القرض ، الرسم البياني البيانات ، وادارة سجلات العملاء ، ويبقى خطاب الكتاب ، الخ.

Excel is currently used by most large financial institutions for daily financial data analysis. أكسل حاليا تستخدمها معظم المؤسسات المالية الكبيرة لتحليل البيانات المالية اليوميه. It has a huge range of financial functions, formulas, and add-ons that allows you to use Excel to store and analyze data in a simple, quick way. وله مجموعة ضخمة من الوظائف المالية ، والصيغ ، والاضافات التي تتيح لك استخدام اكسل لتخزين البيانات وتحليلها فى بسيطة ، طريقة سريعه.

In this tutorial, we’re going to go through the basics of Excel: creating workbooks, using worksheets, entering data, using formulas, etc so that you can become comfortable with the software and begin to learn on your own by playing around with it. في هذه الدورة التعليميه ، ونحن نقوم من خلال الذهاب الى الذهاب اساسيات اكسل : خلق دفاتر ، وباستخدام ورقات البيانات ، ادخال البيانات ، استخدام صيغ ، وما الى ذلك يمكنك ان تصبح مريحه مع البرمجيات وتبدأ لتتعلم بنفسك عن طريق اللعب معها حول .

First Steps Into Excel الخطوات الاولى في إكسل

First, let’s open Excel and take a look at the interface of the program. اولا ، اسمحوا المفتوحه اكسل ونلقي نظرة على الوصله للبرنامج. Open Excel and a new workbook will automatically be created. فتح اكسل ودفتر جديدة سوف تنشأ تلقائيا. A Workbook is the top level object in Excel. أ دفتر هو هرم وجوه في اكسل. It contains Worksheets, which hold all the actual data that you will be working with. وتتضمن اوراق العمل ، التي تعقد كل البيانات الفعليه ، ان تكونوا مع العمل. A workbook starts off with three worksheets, but you can add or delete worksheets at any time as long as there is at least one worksheet in a given workbook. أ دفتر يبدأ مع ثلاث ورقات ، ولكن يمكنك ان تضيف او تحذف اوراق العمل في أي وقت طالما ان هناك ورقة واحدة على الاقل في دفتر معين.

Across the top, you have the Excel toolbars, usually the Standard and Formatting toolbars that allow you to open workbooks, create new ones, change the font style, etc. These are mostly the same as Word, but with a few different buttons that we’ll talk about later. عبر القمة ، لديك اكسل اشرطه الادوات ، وعادة ما يكون معيار وتهيئة اشرطه الادوات التي تسمح لك لفتح دفاتر ، وخلق جديدة ، وتغيير نمط الخط ، الخ وهي في معظمها نفس كلمة ، ولكن مع بضعة أزرار مختلفة باننا 'رم الحديث عن وقت لاحق.

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see three sheets, named Sheet1, Sheet2, and Sheet3. في أسفل الشاشه ، سترى ثلاث صحائف ، واسمه sheet1 ، sheet2 ، وsheet3. This is the default number that every Excel workbook starts off with. هذا هو التقصير ان عدد كل دفتر اكسل يبدأ مع.

On the right hand side of the screen is the Excel task pane, where you can perform many common tasks such as opening a workbook or creating a new one. اليد اليمنى على الشاشه هو اكسل لوحة مهمة ، حيث يمكنك اداء العديد من المهام المشتركة مثل فتح الدفتر ، او ايجاد واحدة جديدة. You can also perform searches for help if needed here. كما يمكنك اداء عمليات البحث للمساعدة اذا لزم الامر هنا.

Getting Started with Excel الابتداء مع اكسل

The best way to learn anything is to actually do something useful and Excel is the best example of this! افضل طريقة لتعلم أي شيء هو فعلا ان نفعل شيئا مفيدا واكسل هو خير مثال على ذلك! Let’s say you are a teacher of high school or college students and you want to keep track of your student’s grades, calculate the average, and tell the students what grade they would have to get on their finals in order to get an A in the class. دعنا نقول أنت مدرس من مدرسة ثانويه او كلية الطلاب ، وانت تريد ان تتبع الطالب من الدرجات الخاصة بك ، بحساب متوسط ، ونقول للطلاب الصف ما سيتعين عليها ان تحصل على النهائيات من أجل نيل آ في الدرجة.

Sounds like a simple problem and it is! اصوات وكأنها مشكلة بسيطة ويكون! Excel can do this for you very quickly, so let’s see how. أكسل يمكن ان تفعل ذلك عنك بسرعة كبيرة ، ولذلك نرى كيف.

First off, let’s enter some data into the cells in Excel. الأولى حالا ، دعنا ادخل بعض البيانات في خلايا في اكسل. In Excel, the columns are labeled starting from A and continuing to Z and beyond. في اكسل ، والاعمده هي المسمى ابتداء من والى استمرار ض وما بعدها. Now let’s enter Test 1, Test 2, and Test 3 into cells B1, C1, and D1 respectively. الآن دعونا دخول اختبار 1 اختبار 2 ، والاختبار 3 الى خلايا B1 ، C1 ، وD1 على التوالي. Now let’s learn some of the basics of formatting cells in Excel. الآن دعونا نتعلم بعض أساسيات تهيئة الخلايا في اكسل. Right now our table doesn’t look very nice since the text and numbers are aligned differently and the headers are not visually separate from the data. الآن لدينا الحق في الجدول لا يبدو لطيفا للغاية ، حيث ان النص والارقام بشكل مختلف الانحياز والراسيات ليست منفصلة بصريا من البيانات.

Now let’s look more at how we can format Excel cells. الآن دعونا ننظر اكثر في الكيفيه التي يمكننا شكل خلايا اكسل. Let’s change the color of the first row to something else so that we can clearly separate the header from the data. ولتغيير اللون من الصف الاول الى شيء آخر حتى يتسنى لنا بوضوح فصل راسيه من البيانات. Click on cell A1 and drag the mouse while holding the button down to cell D1. انقر على الخلية A1 واسحب الماوس لحين عقد الزر نزولا الى خلية D1. Right click and select Format Cells . انقر الحق واختر شكل الخلايا.

In the Format Cells dialog, click on the Patterns tab and select a color from the palette. في شكل خلايا الحوار ، انقر على علامة التبويب انماط واختر لونا من اللوحه. I chose yellow to give it a bright distinction. اخترت الاصفر تعطيه مشرق تمييز.

Click OK and you’ll now see that the color has been changed for the selected cells. انقر موافق وعليك الآن أن نرى أن لون تبدلت لنخبة من الخلايا.

Let’s also add some borders between the cells so that if we decide to print out the Excel sheet, there will be black lines between everything. ولندع ايضا ان اضيف بعض الحدود بين الخلايا حتى اذا قررنا لطباعة صحيفة اكسل ، وستكون هناك خطوط سوداء بين كل شيء. If you don’t add borders, the lines you see in Excel by default do not print out on paper. اذا كنت لا تضيف الحدود ، وفقا لما تراه في اكسل بشكل افتراضي لا أصل المطبوعه على الورق. Select the entire grid and click on Format Cells again. اختر بأسره الشبكه وانقر على شكل خلايا مرة اخرى. This time go to the Border tab. وهذه المرة اذهب الى تبويبه الحدود. Click on the Outside and Inside buttons and you should see the small display box directly below the buttons change accordingly with the borders. انقر على خارج وداخل الازرار ويجب ان تشاهد الصغيرة عرض المربع ادناه مباشرة الازرار التغيير تبعا لذلك مع الحدود.

Click OK and you should now have black lines between all of the cells. انقر موافق ويجب عليك الآن بين جميع الخطوط السوداء من الخلايا. So now we’ve formatted our grid to look much nicer! لقد قمنا حتى الآن مهيأ لنا ان ننظر الى شبكة ألطف بكثير! You can do this type of formatting for your data also in the way you feel appropriate. يمكنك ان تفعل هذا النوع من تهيئة لبياناتك ايضا في الطريقة التي كنت ترى ذلك مناسبا.

How to use Formulas and Functions in Excel كيفية استخدام الصيغ وظائف في إكسل

Now let’s get to the fun part: using Excel functions and formulas to actually do something! والآن هيا بنا الى متعة الجزء : اكسل باستخدام صيغ لمهام وفعلا ان نفعل شيئا! So we want to first calculate the average grade for our 5 students after their 1st three exams. ذلك اننا نريد اولا ان يحسب متوسط الرتبه لدينا 5 طلاب بعد اول ثلاثة امتحانات. Excel has an average function that we can use to calculate this value automatically, but we’re going to do it slightly differently in order to demonstrate formulas and functions. وقد يتفوقون في المتوسط وظيفة يمكننا أن نستخدمها لحساب هذه القيمه تلقائيا ، ولكن نحن بصدد ان نفعل ذلك بطريقة مختلفة قليلا من اجل اظهار الصيغ والوظائف.

Add a header called Sum in column F and Avg in column G and format them the same way we did the other header cells. اضيف مبلغ يسمى في رأس العمود وو متوسط في العمود زاي وشكل منهم بنفس الطريقة فعلنا اخرى راسيه الخلايا.

Now first we’ll use Excel’s sum function to calculate the sum of the three grades for each student. الآن سنقوم اول استخدام للاكسل وظيفة المبلغ لحساب المبلغ من ثلاث درجات لكل طالب. Click in cell F2 and type in “=sum(” without the quotes. The = sign tells Excel that we plan on putting some type of formula into this cell. When you type in the first parenthesis, Excel will display a little label showing you what types of variables this function takes. انقر في الخلية F2 والنوع في "= مبلغ (" بدون علامتي الاقتباس - = علامة يقول اكسل ان نخطط على وضع نوع من صيغة الى هذه الزنزانه - عندما كنت اكتب في اول قوسين ، اكسل سيحتوي على القليل علامة تبين لكم ما هي انواع المتغيرات التي تحيط بهذه المهمة.

The word SUM is a built-in function in Excel which calculates the sum of a specified range of cells. كلمة المبلغ هو مدمج وظيفة في اكسل الذي يحسب مجموع بمجموعة محددة من الخلايا. At this point after the first parenthesis, you can select the range of cells you want to sum up! وعند هذه النقطه بعد الاولى بين قوسين ، يمكنك اختيار مجموعة من الخلايا التي تريد ان نلخص! No need to type the cells one by one! لا حاجة الى نوع الخلايا واحدا تلو الآخر! Go ahead and select cells B2 to D2 and you will see that the formula is automatically updated and is in blue. اتفضل واختيار الخلايا B2 الى d2 وسترون ان هذه الصيغة هي وتحديثها تلقائيا في الزرقاء.

After you select the range, type in the closing parenthesis (Shift + 0) and press Enter. بعد اخترت طائفة ، في نوع الختامي بين قوسين (التحول + 0) ، ودخول الصحافة. And now you have the sum of the numbers! والآن لديك مجموع الارقام! Not too hard right!? وليس من الصعب جدا الحق!؟ However, you might say that it would be a royal pain to do this for a set of 100 or 500 students! ومع ذلك ، يجب ان تقول انه سيكون ملكي الالم ان تفعل هذا لمجموعة من 100 او 500 طالب! Click on that small black box and hold your mouse down and drag it to the row of the last student. انقر على انه صندوق اسود صغير واجراء الماوس واسحب ومن اسفل الى الصف الاخير من الطلاب. And with that, Excel uses the same formula, but updates the current row cells so that the sum is calculated for each row using that row’s data. ومع ذلك ، اكسل يستخدم نفس الصيغة ، ولكن التحديثات الحالية الصف الخلايا بحيث ان المبلغ وهو يحسب لان تستخدم كل صف صف بيانات.

Press Enter and you now have entered your own average forumla! الصحافة وادخل أنت الآن قد دخلت بنفسك متوسط forumla! You can use parenthesis and perform all the math functions in this same way. يمكنك استخدام قوسين ، وتأدية جميع المهام الرياضيات في هذا بنفس الطريقة. Now do the same thing as with the average and click the small black box at the lower right corner in cell G2 and drag it down to the bottom. الآن تفعل نفس الشيء مع ما متوسط وانقر على صندوق اسود صغير في اسفل الزاويه اليمني في خلية G2 وجرها إلى أسفل ومن اسفل. Excel will calculate the average for the rest of the cells using your formula. أكسل سيحسب متوسط بالنسبة لبقية الخلايا باستخدام صيغة الخاص بك.

And lastly, let’s put in one more formula to calculate what each student would have to get on the final in order to get an A in the class! واخيرا ، اسمحوا للوضع في صيغة واحدة اكثر لحساب كل ما من شأنه ان يكون طالب الحصول على النهائى من اجل الحصول على احد في الدرجة! I’m assuming that the three tests were worth 70% of the grade, the final is worth 30%, and an A is 90 or above. فأنا أفترض ان ثلاثة اختبارات تستحق 70 ٪ من الصف ، النهائى هو بقيمة 30 ٪ ، وهو واحد هو 90 او اعلى.

So in order to calculate the minium grade to get an A in the class, we have to take 90 and subtract 70% of the average test scores and divide the whole thing by 30%. ذلك من اجل حساب minium الصف للحصول على احد في الدرجة ، وعلينا ان نأخذ في 90 ويطرح 70 في المائة من متوسط عشرات التجارب وتقسيم كل شيء بنسبة 30 ٪.

Min Grade To Get A: (90 - (.7 * AVG)) / .3 مين الصف حتى تحصل على : (90 - (.7 * متوسط)) /.3

So let’s create a new header in column I and in cell I2, beging typing “=(90 - (.7 *” and then select cell G2 and then continue on with “))/.3″ and then press Enter. فليكن هذا 'sانشاء لجنة جديدة في رأس العمود الاول وفي خلية i2 ، beging طباعة" = (90 - (.7 * "وبعد ذلك باختيار خلية G2 وثم على مواصلة مع"))/. 3 "وعندئذ تدخل الصحافة.
