Have you ever wanted to link your power point presentation to another one ? What if you could link it to a specific slide in the other presentation? What if you could link it to a Word or Excel document as well (and specify exactly which part of the document you want to open)? Well, it can be done – and I’m here to tell you how. هل تريد ربط عرض باور بوينت الخاص بك إلى آخر ، وما اذا كنت قد وصله الى شريحة معينة في العرض الأخرى؟ ما إذا كنت قد وصله الى كلمة او اكسل الوثيقة أيضا) والتي تحدد بالضبط جزء من الوثيقة تريد فتحه)؟ جيدة ، فانه يمكن القيام به -- وانا هنا لاقول لك كيف.

To start with, you will need to have your power point presentation as well as the other file that you want to link to. In this example, we will be linking two power point presentations together and jumping immediately to Slide 2 on the second presentation. وبداية ، سوف تحتاج الى نقطة وسعكم العرض فضلا عن الملفات الاخرى التي ترغب في الارتباط بها ل. فى هذا المثال ، فإننا سوف تربط بين اثنين من عروض باور بوينت معا والقفز فورا الى الشريحه الثانية (2) بشأن العرض.

Step 1 : Find or create the object that you want for your link. This could be a pictures, clip art, or word group. Select that object and click on the Hyperlink button under the Insert toolbar. (Note: These directions are being given for Power Point 2007 version, but can be easily adapted for any previous version). الخطوة 1 : ايجاد او صنع هدف الذي تريد لوصلتك هذه يمكن ان تكون الصور والفن كليب ، كلمة أو مجموعة. أن اختيار موضوع وانقر على وصلة الى زر تدرج تحت شريط الادوات. (ملاحظه : هذه الاتجاهات ويجري إعطاء من اجل السلطة النقطه 2007 نسخة ، ولكن يمكن ان تكيف بسهولة مع أي الصيغة السابقة).

Step 2 : Now the hyperlink dialog box has opened, browse for and find your file that you want to link to. Click once to highlight the file, but do not close the dialog box yet – there is one more step to do. Note: If you finish at this step, you will simply link to the entire presentation or document, instead of to a specific location within that document. الخطوة 2 : الآن وصله الى مربع الحوار فتح ، واستعرض لايجاد الملف الخاص بك التي ترغب في الارتباط بها ل. انقر مرة واحدة لتسليط الضوء على الملف ، ولكنها لا اغلاق مربع الحوار حتى الان -- وثمة خطوة اخرى الى القيام به. ملاحظه : اذا كنت في الانتهاء من هذه الخطوة ، يمكنك ببساطة الاتصال على كامل عرض وثيقة من وثائق او ، بدلا من ان الى موقع معين داخل تلك الوثيقة.

Step 3 : Click on the Bookmarks button located on the right hand side of the dialog box. This button will open another window where you can select the location you wish to jump to in the linked document. If you are linking to a power point document, it will display all of the different slides. If you are linking to a Word or Excel document, it will display previously saved bookmarked locations and named cell ranges. Choose the location you want and select it. الخطوة 3 : انقر على زر الاشارات المرجعيه الموجودة على يمين مربع الحوار. هذا الزر سيفتح نافذة اخرى حيث يمكنك اختيار مكان كنت ترغب في اذهب الى ربط وثيقة من وثائق. إذا كنت ربط الى وثيقة من وثائق باور بوينت ، سيحتوي على جميع من مختلف الشرائح. إذا كنت لربط كلمة او وثيقة من وثائق اكسل ، وسيحتوي على اشارة مرجعيه المواقع المحفوظه سابقا واطلق عليها اسم خلية النطاقات. اختيار المكان الذي تريده واختياره.

Step 4 : Click on the appropriate buttons to close and save the changes you just made. الخطوة 4 : أضغط على الأزرار الملاءمه لانقاذ وثيقة والتغييرات التي تجريها للتو.

Step 5 : Test the link to make sure it is working how you wanted it to. Note: Hyperlinks in power point only work when you are in slide show mode. الخطوة 5 : اختبار وصلة للتأكد من انه صالح للعمل كيف تريد ل. ملاحظه : وصلات في السلطة نقطة فقط عند العمل في طريقة عرض شرائح مصورة.

This feature can be very useful if you want to use a portion of a different presentation in your own, but don’t want to make your presentation huge in the process. It is also useful if you want to tailor your presentation to different audiences. For some audiences, you can go through your presentation without clicking on the hyperlink, but others might need more details, so then you click on the hyperlink and show them the additional information. هذه الميزه يمكن ان تكون مفيدة جدا اذا كنت ترغب في استخدام جزء من العرض في مختلف الخاصة بك ، ولكن لا اريد ان اجعل عرض ضخمة في هذه العملية. ومن المفيد ايضا اذا كنت ترغب في تصميم العرض التقديمي لمختلف الجماهير. بالنسبة لبعض الجماهير ، يمكنك الذهاب من خلال العرض التقديمي بدون النقر على وصلة الكترونيه ، ولكن اخرين قد تحتاج الى مزيد من التفاصيل ، وحتى ذلك الحين كنت أنقر على وصلة الى وتبين لهم المعلومات الاضافيه.
