If you’re a big Excel user, then you may have found yourself in a situation where you wished you could have simply picked a value for a cell from a dropdown list of choices rather than having to copy and paste text between cells. اذا كنت كبيرا اكسل المستخدم ، فإنك قد تجد نفسك في حالة انك تود ان امكنكم ببساطة باختيار قيمة للخلية من القائمة المنسدله من الخيارات بدلا من الاضطرار الى نسخ ولصق النص بين الخلايا. For example, let’s say you have an Excel sheet for your own personal budget and every time you enter a transaction on a new row, you type in whether it’s an expense or it’s income. على سبيل المثال ، دعنا نقول لديك اكسل لصحيفة الشخصيه الخاصة بك والميزانيه في كل مرة تدخل الصفقة على صف جديد ، تكتبها في ما اذا كان للنفقة او انه دخل.

Well sometimes you can type it in incorrectly or you might have a long list of different types of expenses and incomes, so this can be a pain to maintain and remember. وايضا في بعض الاحيان يمكنك ان تكتب في أنها غير صحيحة أو انك قد تكون قائمة طويلة من انواع مختلفة من مصروفات والايرادات ، بحيث يمكن ان يكون هذا الألم الى الحفاظ على ونتذكر. An easy solution in Excel is to create your own dropdown list of choices pulled from a particular column on the same sheet or another sheet. حلا سهلا في اكسل هو خلق بنفسك المنسدله من قائمة الاختيارات سحبت من معين العمود على نفس الصفحه او صفحة اخرى. This can be very useful because now you can use one sheet to store all of your reference lists and use them on any other sheet in the workbook. هذه يمكن ان تكون مفيدة جدا لان الان يمكنك استخدام صحيفة واحدة لتخزين كل من اشارتكم القوائم واستخدامها على أي صحيفة اخرى في الدفتر.

So how do we do this? حتى كيف نفعل ذلك؟ It’s actually not very difficult! انها في الواقع ليست صعبة جدا! Here’s how: اليك الطريقة :

1. First, create a new workbook and on Sheet1 start off in row 1, column 1 (A1) and type in a few expense categories in the column. أولا ، انشاء لجنة جديدة الدفتر وعلى sheet1 تبدأ في الصف 1 ، العمود 1 (A1) والنوع في حساب فئات قليلة في العمود. 3. Now in the box next to the formula textbox on the left (also called the Name box), type in a name for your list. الآن في المربع المقابل لصيغة textbox على اليسار (الذي يسمى ايضا اسم مربع) ، في نوع اسما للقائمة. I typed in Expenses for our list. انا كتبت في مصروفات لقائمتنا. Doing this basically gives the cells from A1 to A7 a name so that the group of cells can now be referenced by a name rather than saying A1 through A7. نفعل ذلك اساسا يعطي خلايا من A1 الى a7 اسم حتى ان مجموعة من الخلايا يمكن ان يكون المشار إليها من قبل اسم بدلا من القول A1 خلال a7.

4. 4 - Now we can use our list to create a dropdown menu with those values. الان يمكننا استخدام قائمتنا لانشاء القائمة المنسدله مع تلك القيم. First select the cell where you want your dropdown list to be created. اختر الخلية الاولى التي تريد ان قيادتكم القائمة المنسدله التي ستنشأ. This can be on the same sheet or on a differnet sheet. هذا يمكن ان يكون على نفس الصفحه او على الصاج مختلف. I went ahead and selected cell A1 on Sheet2 for example. ذهبت الى الامام ونخبة من الخلية A1 على sheet2 على سبيل المثال.

Next, go to the top menu and choose Data and then Validation . المقبل ، وأذهب الى رأس القائمة واختيار البيانات وثم المصادقه عليها. On the Settings tab choose List under the Allow heading. على علامة التبويب الاعدادات اختيار قائمة في اطار يسمح البند. Make sure In-cell dropdown is selected and then type in the name that we had just created earlier ( Expenses in this case) with an = sign in the front. تأكد في الخلايا المنسدله هو مختارة وثم اكتب في اسم بأننا قد انشئ للتو في وقت سابق (نفقات في هذه الحاله) مع وجود علامة = في الجبهة. So it should be “=Expenses “. هكذا ينبغي لها ان تكون "مصروفات =".

Click OK and you’ll now see that the current cell you had selected has a little arrow pointing down next to it. انقر موافق وعليك الآن ان نرى ان الخلية الحالية قد اختارت لكم قليلا السهم قد تراجع المقبل مشيرا الى انه. Click on the arrow and you’ll see the list of items from that we have typed into Sheet1. انقر على السهم وسترى قائمة من البنود التي لدينا طبع في sheet1.

That’s it! ان 's! Remember, this can be used on any Excel sheet where you have some kind of lookup list that needs to be typed in over and over again. تذكر ، ويمكن استخدام هذا الامر على اي صحيفة يتفوقون فيها لديك نوعا من المشاهده القائمة التي تحتاج الى طباعة فى مرارا وتكرارا. Using Data Validation, you can avoid human errors and increase efficiency. باستخدام التأكد من صحه البيانات ، يمكنك تجنب الاخطاء البشريه وزيادة الكفاءه.
