This was a great help. I used my shortcuts all the time. Now I have “upgraded” to Windows 7 and Office 2007, and I want my shortcuts back! Can I do this in 7?

I want a shortcut menu for Shift+Delete. Instead of doing it in 2 steps of deleting the mail and sending it to Delete folder and then emptying it, I want to do it in 1 step.

I DONT want the keyboard shortcut. I want an icon as it is available for Delete.

Do you know if there is a way to setup a shortcut to start new email using a certain email. Right now i can start new email and if i dont want to use the default email… i have to click on “Accounts” and change…

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Wow, this is simply awesome! I’ve now created Outlook shortcuts for everything!

The only thing I had to do was change the path since I am using Office 2007. I think it was Office12 instead of 11. Great tips!

Found that on a German site yesterday, but they had a wrong SLASH in there, so that drove me nuts for 24h.

my outlook 2007 installed in Outlook 12 folder …so I changed 11 to 12 and it works fine like that …some may be confused by this …great post!!

I use three different email ids with my outlook. A lot of times I forget to change my email account before clicking the send button and end up accidently sending the email from wrong email id. i was wondering if it was possible to setup seperate shortcuts to write new email using different email accounts. Thanks!!!

Hi,
im running outlook 2007 and i am trying to setup my email to automatically when i pick “new” for a new email my logo appears on top and the name address phone and that stuff is on the bottom then i just type in the note and hit send.
i was able to do this in an older version of outlook by hitting templates and add-ins and click on attach a doc to each new email.
can anyone help me find the way??

I have been looking for the answer of “How do you get it to send automatically as well?”, for months. It seems MS didn’t provide an option for this.
