Thanks for this great info. My Excel file looks a lot better with a header! However, how do I have the header print on every page? I have lots of rows and want it to appear at the top of every page. Thanks!

if you’re using MS word 2007,
you can do it the easier way.
just click the view tab, the click page layout,
in the main screen, click the add to header part.
that’s it. no need to do the long steps.
