Excel is a powerful tool that you can use to create charts and graphs for small or large amounts of data. excel的是一个强大的工具，您可以用创建图表，为小型或大量数据。 In this Excel tutorial, I’ll show you how to take a small set of data and create a simple bar graph, along with the options you have to customize the graph.在此excel补习，我会证明你如何把一个小的一套数据，并创建一个简单的柱形图，随选项，你必须自选图形。 Once you have the basics down, you can use those same techniques on larger sets of data.一旦你的基本知识，你可以使用同样的技术，对大型数据集。

First off, I’ve created a set of student test data for our example.首先，我已经形成了一整套学生的测试数据，为我们的榜样。 There are eight students with their test scores on four exams.有8名学生与他们的测验分数就四个考试。 To make this into a chart, you first want to select the entire range of data, including the titles (Test 1, etc).把它转变成一图，你首先要选择全部范围的数据，包括名称（试验1等） 。
