If you’ve protected Excel documents before, you may have run into the issue where you wanted to protect most of the spreadsheet, but allow users to modify particular sections. اذا كنت قد المحميه اكسل الوثائق المعروضة ، قد قمت البعيد الى هذه المساله حيث اردت حمايه اكثر من جدول البيانات ، ولكنها تتيح للمستخدمين لتعديل اقسام خاصة. Here’s how you can allow certain parts of the spreadsheet to be editable: إليك كيف يمكنك ان تسمح لاجزاء معينة من جداول البيانات التي يتعين تعديلها :

Let’s say I have a simple table of numbers going down from 1 to 5 in one column and then I have 3 columns where I multiply each number by 10, 20 or 30. دعونا نقول لقد بسيط الجدول من اعداد ينخفض في الفترة من 1 الى 5 في عمود واحد ثم عندي 3 أعمدة حيث كنت تتضاعف كل عدد به 10 ، 20 أو 30. Now let’s say I want to allow the users of my little Excel sheet to be able to change the number (1-5), but not modify anything else (such as the formulas). الآن دعنا نقول اريد ان تسمح للمستخدمين من بلادي قليلا اكسل صحيفة لتكون قادرة على تغيير عدد (1-5) ، ولكن لا تعدل اي شيء آخر (مثل الصيغ). In order to do this, select the range that you want to allow to be editable, right click on the cells and go to Format Cells . ولكي نفعل هذا ، اختر طائفة ان اردت ان تسمح ليكون قابل للتحرير ، انقر على الحق في الخلايا وأذهب الى شكل الخلايا.

Click on the Protection tab and uncheck the Locked check box. انقر على تبويبه وحمايه أزل مقفل اختيار المربع.

Now that those cells are “unlocked”, we’ll go ahead and protect the sheet. الان ان تلك الخلايا "اطلقت" ، سنقوم اتفضل وحمايه الصاج. Protecting the sheet does not affect unlocked cells and therefore allows you to create partially modifiable spreadsheets. حمايه صحيفة لا يؤثر اطلقت الخلايا وبالتالي يتيح لك انشاء جزئيا للتعديل جداول البيانات.

Click on Tools and Protection and Protect Sheet . انقر على ادوات والحمايه وحمايه الصاج.

In the dialog box, type a password if you like and you can leave the defaults as they are. في مربع الحوار ، اكتب كلمة السر اذا اردت ويمكنك ترك الاعدادات الافتراضيه كما هي. If you would like to give your users more control, you can select any of the other self-explanatory options from below. اذا اردت ان اعطاء المستخدمين لديك قدرة اكبر على التحكم ، ويمكنك اختيار اي من غيره واضح من الخيارات ادناه.

Click OK and you’re done! انقر موافق ولقد انتهيت! Now you can edit the column of numbers, but nothing else on the sheet! الآن يمكنك تحرير عمود من الأرقام ، ولكن اي شيء آخر على الصاج!
