So what is a conditional sum?那么什么是有条件的总结呢？ Let’s say you have some employees, John, David and Craig and you have some sales figures for them over a period of weeks or months in an Excel sheet and you want to see the total sales for each salesperson separately without having to use filters or do other complicated stuff, then you can use a conditional sum and specify the condition to be used and the data to sum.让我们说你有一些雇员，约翰，大卫和克雷格和你有一些销售数字，他们近一个时期以来的几周或几个月内，在excel的资产负债表，你希望看到总销售额为每个营业员分别不必使用过滤器或做其他一些复杂的东西，那么你就可以用一个有条件的总结，并具体条件来使用和数据，以总结。

It’s not that easy to understand when you read it, so let’s take a look at an example.这并不容易理解，当你阅读它，所以让我们来看看一个例子。 Let’s say we have the following data in our Excel sheet:让我们说我们有以下的数据在我们的excel表：

Go to Tools and click on Add-ins .去工具和点击增益集。
