In this little tutorial, we’re going to go through how you can use a handy little feature to perform a condition sum in Excel. في هذا القليل من الدرس ، ونحن ذاهبون الى طريق الذهاب كيف يمكنك استخدام الميزه قليلا مفيد لاداء شرطا المبلغ في اكسل.

So what is a conditional sum? فما هو المبلغ المشروط؟ Let’s say you have some employees, John, David and Craig and you have some sales figures for them over a period of weeks or months in an Excel sheet and you want to see the total sales for each salesperson separately without having to use filters or do other complicated stuff, then you can use a conditional sum and specify the condition to be used and the data to sum. دعنا نقول لديك بعض الموظفين ، جون ، وكريغ ديفيد ولديك بعض ارقام مبيعات لها على مدى فترة اسابيع او اشهر في ورقة اكسل ، وأنت تريد أن أنظر مجموع مبيعات كل بائع على حدة دون حاجة الى استخدام فلاتر او يفعل اشياء اخرى معقدة ، ثم يمكنك استخدام المبلغ المشروط وتحدد شرطا لاستخدامها والبيانات الى المبلغ.

It’s not that easy to understand when you read it, so let’s take a look at an example. انه ليس من السهل ان نفهم عندما كنت اقرأ الموضوع ، وذلك دعنا نلقي نظرة على مثال. Let’s say we have the following data in our Excel sheet: دعنا نقول لدينا البيانات التالية في صحيفة اعمالنا اكسل :

Now in order to get the sum of the sales for just John or just David, you’d have to type in the SUM function and then manually choose each row for that particular person! الآن من اجل الحصول على مبلغ من المبيعات او لمجرد جون دافيد للتو ، وكنت قد لنوع المبلغ في وظيفة يدويا ثم تختار أن كل صف لشخص معين! Now that’s prone to error and wastes a lot of time. الآن ذلك فهي عرضة للخطأ والنفايات الكثير من الوقت. So let’s use conditional sums. فليكن استخدام مبالغ مشروطه. First we need to activate this feature, since it is not enabled by default in Excel. أولا نحن بحاجة الى تفعيل هذه الميزه ، نظرا لأنه لا يتمكن من افتراضيا في اكسل.

Go to Tools and click on Add-ins . اذهب الى ادوات ، وانقر على اضافة وظائف اضافية.

In the list that comes up, you should see a checkbox for “ Conditional Sum Wizard “. في القائمة ان يأتي ، يجب ان تتمكن من رؤية مربع اختيار ل"مشروطه المبلغ معالج". Make sure to check that option. تأكد من مراجعة هذا الخيار.

Click OK and you’ll now find that the option for Conditional Sum is under the Tools menu. انقر موافق وعليك الآن أن تجد الخيار المشروط المبلغ هو تحت قائمة الادوات. You don’t have to restart Excel or anything like that. ليس لديك لاستئناف اكسل او شيء كهذا.

Now to get started, choose Conditional Sum for the Tools menu. الآن لتبدأ ، تختار المبلغ المشروط لقائمة الادوات. The wizard has 4 steps and they are kinda straightforward, but it took me even two or three tries before I got the thing to work correctly! المعالج قد 4 خطوات وانهم kinda بسيط ، لكنه اصطحبني حتى اثنين او ثلاثة من يحاول قبل صعودي الى عمل الشيء بطريقة صحيحة! So I’ll explain as we go along…Firstly, on step 1 of 4, choose the entire data set including the column headers. ولذا فاننى سوف اشرح ونحن نمضى على طول… أولا ، على الخطوة 1 من 4 ، اختيار مجموعة البيانات بالكامل بما رأسيات الاعمده. You want to choose all the columns because later on you have to tell which column is going to be used for the condition and which column is to be summed up. تريد ان تختار جميع الاعمده لأن لديك وقت لاحق على ان تقول التي هي العمود نفاد لشرط والذي هو العمود الى ان نوجز. As you can see, I selected all three columns from row 1 to row 13. كما ترون ، فانني مختارة جميع الخانات الثلاث من الصف 1 الى الصف 13.

In Step 2 of 4, you are asked which column you want to sum and which column you want to evaluate. في الخطوة 2 من 4 ، انت سألت العمود الذي تريد المبلغ والعمود الذي تريد تقييم. Excel was smart enough to choose the “ Sales Amount ” column as my sum column. أكسل كانت ذكية بما فيه الكفايه لاختيار "المبيعات مبلغ" العمود لي المبلغ العمود. Click the Add Condition button to add the condition to the condition list. انقر على زر اضافة شرط لاضافة الشرط الى شرط قائمة. As you can see, you can add more than one condition, so if you have other columns and you want to filter it down even more, you can do that by just choosing another column and picking a value. كما ترون ، يمكنك اضافة اكثر من شرط واحد ، حتى اذا كان لديك الاعمده الاخرى ، وانت تريد ان مرشح الاسفل حتى اكثر من ذلك ، يمكنك ان تفعل ذلك عن طريق مجرد اختيار آخر العمود والتقاط قيمة.

Next, on Step 3, you can choose whether to just put the formula in the sheet or to also put conditional value (David) into the sheet. المقبل ، على الخطوة 3 ، ويمكنك اختيار ما اذا كان لمجرد وضع الصيغة في صحيفة او لوضع مشروطه ايضا قيمة (ديفيد) في صحيفة. I just chose the formula. انا فقط اختار صيغة.

Finally, just choose where you want the data to be placed on your sheet and you’re done! واخيرا ، مجرد اختيار اين تريد البيانات التي توضع على الصاج الخاص بك ولقد انتهيت!

And now you have the sales for only David without having to use filters or copy and paste the data somewhere else. والآن لديك المبيعات لديفيد فقط دون الاضطرار الى استخدام مرشحات او نسخ ولصق بيانات الى مكان آخر.

    Hey, يا ،

    I like your site. أعجبني موقعك. I learn a lot of cool things on excel. أنا أعرف الكثير من الأشياء الراءعه عن اكسل. Can you show how to use advance functions like what if analysis, pivot tables. هل تستطيع ان تبين كيفية استخدام وظائف مسبقا مثل ما اذا كان التحليل ، المحور الجداول. I need to know more advance functions of excel. انا بحاجة الى معرفة المزيد من التقدم وظائف اكسل. It’s hard to find tutorials on those topic categories. ومن الصعب العثور على مواد الشرح على تلك الفئات الموضوع.
