I’ma big user of Excel and it always amazes me how few people add comments to their Excel spreadsheets ! Sou um grande utilizador de Excel e ele sempre amazes-me como poucas pessoas adicionar comentários às suas planilhas Excel! Adding and using comments in Excel is a great way to explain formulas, cells, and other data in the spreadsheet itself, thus saving you the time spent on the phone with colleagues! Adicionando e usando comentários no Excel é uma ótima maneira de explicar fórmulas, as células e outros dados na planilha propriamente dita, assim poupando o tempo gasto no telefone com os colegas! It’s really easy to add comments to cells in Excel and I’ll explain how you can do so in Excel XP/2003 and Excel 2007. É realmente fácil de adicionar comentários às células no Excel e vou explicar como é possível fazê-lo no Excel XP/2003 e Excel 2007.
Comments are basically notes that can be inserted into any cell in Excel. Os comentários são basicamente observa que pode ser inserido em qualquer célula no Excel. The first thing you’ll want to do is click on the cell where you want to insert the comment. A primeira coisa que você vai querer fazer é clicar na célula onde você deseja inserir o comentário. In Excel 2003 and XP, you have a couple of more options for inserting comments into a cell since there is no ribbon bar. Finally, you can use the Reviewing toolbar in Excel to add comments to cells. Finalmente, você pode usar o Excel para revisão na barra adicionar comentários às células.
