I’ma big user of Excel and it always amazes me how few people add comments to their Excel spreadsheets ! انا كبير من المستخدمين واكسل دائما يذهل لي كيف ان قلة من الناس اضافة تعليقات لجداول البيانات اكسل! Adding and using comments in Excel is a great way to explain formulas, cells, and other data in the spreadsheet itself, thus saving you the time spent on the phone with colleagues! واضافة التعليقات في اكسل باستخدام خطوة كبيرة نحو لشرح الصيغ ، والخلايا ، وغيرها من البيانات في جدول البيانات في حد ذاته ، مما يوفر عليك الوقت الذي انفق على الهاتف مع الزملاء! It’s really easy to add comments to cells in Excel and I’ll explain how you can do so in Excel XP/2003 and Excel 2007. انه حقا من السهل اضافة تعليقات على خلايا في إكسل وانا اشرح كيف يمكنك أن تفعل ذلك في إكسل وxp/2003 اكسل 2007.

In Excel 2007, you can add comments to a worksheet by going to the Review tab in the ribbon bar. في اكسل 2007 ، يمكنك اضافة تعليقات على ورقة عمل عن طريق الانتقال الى علامة التبويب في استعراض الشريط بار.
In the Comments group, click on New Comment . التعليقات في مجموعه ، انقر على تعليق جديد. In the Excel spreadsheet a comment text box will appear where you can type in your new comment. في جداول البيانات اكسل تعليق النص سيظهر مربع حيث يمكنك ان اكتب الكلمات التي تريد تعليق جديد.
Type in your comment and click outside of the text box when you are done. أكتب تعليقك واضغط خارج مربع النص عند الانتهاء منها. You’ll notice that there is a small red arrow at the top right of the cell, indicating that this cell has a comment. يمكنك ملاحظه ان ثمة سهم حمراء صغيرة في اعلى اليمين من الخلية ، مشيرا الى ان هذه الخلية قد تعليق. Clicking on the cell automatically brings up the comment. النقر على الخلية تلقائيا يعرض التعليق.

In Excel 2003 and XP, you have a couple of more options for inserting comments into a cell since there is no ribbon bar. في اكسل 2003 واكس بي ، لديك القليل من الخيارات لادخال مزيد من التعليقات الى خلية نظرا لعدم وجود الشريط بار.
