If you are used to using older versions of Excel, the conditional formatting options in Excel 2007 will amaze you. اذا كنت تستخدم لباستخدام الاصدارات القديمة من اكسل ، مشروطا تهيئة الخيارات في اكسل 2007 وسوف amaze لكم. If you do not like these formatting options, Microsoft Excel 2007 has many different new Conditional Formatting options that you can use. اذا كنت لا تحب هذه تهيئة الخيارات ، ومايكروسوفت اكسل 2007 وقد مختلفة كثيرة جديدة مشروطه تهيئة الخيارات التي يمكنك استخدامها. If you later decide that you don’t want your cells to be conditionally formatted, all you have to do is clear the formatting. اذا كنت في وقت لاحق ان تقرر إن انت لا تريد ان يكون لخلايا بصيغة غير مشروط ، كل ما عليك فعله هو واضح الشكل. To do this, select the Conditional Formatting button and select Clear Rules. لتفعل ذلك اختر زر المشروط تهيئة واختيار قواعد واضحة. Then, select whether you want to clear the rules from only the selected cells or from the entire worksheet. ثم اختر ما اذا كنت تريد قواعد واضحة فقط من المختار او من خلايا ورقة العمل بأكملها.

1. To make your data more visually appealing. جعل بياناتك بصريا اكثر جاذبيه.

2. To make your spreadsheets easier to understand at a glance. جعل حياتك جداول البيانات ايسر فهما في لمحة.

3. To identify certain types of numbers for help in problem solving. التعرف على انواع معينة من الاعداد للمساعدة في حل المشكلة.

4. To assist you in drawing conclusions from your data. لمساعدتكم في استخلاص النتائج من البيانات الخاصة بك.

5. To visually display to the user what is “good” or “bad” by using green and red. الى عرض بصري لمستخدم ما هو "جيد" او "سىء" باستخدام الاخضر والاحمر.

Using conditional formatting can help improve your spreadsheets. باستخدام الشكل المشروط يمكن ان تساعد في تحسين جداول البيانات الخاصة بك. They will be more visually appealing and will enable the user to see what the values are at a glance. انها ستكون اكثر جاذبيه بصريا وستمكن المستخدم لنرى ما هي القيم في لمحة.
