How can you manage your computer in OS X? Is there an equivalent to Computer Management in Windows? How do you format disks, change drive letters, etc?

Is there a Mac equivalent to MSCONFIG in Windows? If so, that would be awesome.

just for clarity: a MAC terminal window(exactly as a UNIX terminal window) is not equal to a WINDOWS prompt window! It is really more powerful, so try to use it not only like a windows prompt, and be careful because wrong use of terminal can seriously harm you computer!
