Horribly, I had this happen to me as I walked into work one morning (thankfully a Friday) and it took me a whole weekend to figure out what the problem was. فظيعه ، وكان لي هذا يحدث لي وأنا تجول في عمل واحد الصباح (أ الطالع الجمعة) ، واستغرق مني برمته في نهاية الاسبوع الى الرقم الى ما هي المشكلة. Basically, the reason your server is hanging is because there is a service that is not loading correctly when Windows tries to start up. اساسا ، والسبب هو خادمك شنقا لان هناك خدمة ليست في تحميل ويندوز بشكل صحيح عندما يحاول البدء. So basically this service hangs and then your computer hangs! ذلك أساسا هذه الخدمة معلقه وثم جهازك معلق! And it might take 2 to 3 hours before you get to see the desktop…not really what you want to happen when you have 100’s of users wondering what’s going on!! وانها قد تستغرق من 2 الى 3 ساعات قبل ان تحصل على سطح المكتب… أنظر ليس حقا ما تريد ان يحدث عندما يكون لديك 100 التابع للمستخدمين يتساءل ما الذي يحدث! Thankfully for me, most of the other services were able to load, so even though I was not able to get to the desktop, people were still able to access the network drives. الحظ بالنسبة لي ، اكثر من غيرها من الخدمات تمكنوا من الحمل ، وذلك على الرغم من أنني لم أكن قادرا على الخروج الى سطح المكتب ، والناس كانت لا تزال قادرة على الوصول الى شبكة محركات الاقراص.

Anyway, getting to the fix: You need to restart the server in safe mode and log in. This will work because only the necessary services are started up. على أي حال ، للوصول الى فيكس : انت بحاجة الى اعادة تشغيل الخادم في الوضع الامن وتسجل دخولك هذا سيعمل فقط لأن الخدمات الضروريه هي بدأت تصل. Once you’re in, go to your Event Viewer and check for any “Service Failure” entries in the System or Application logs. عندما كنت في عودوا الى نشاطك المشاهد والكشف عن اي "داءره الفشل" القيود في سجلات النظام او تطبيقه. For me, it was the APS PowerChute service that was the culprit! بالنسبة لي ، فقد كان نظام الصورة المتقدم PowerChute الخدمة التي كان المذنب! I had installed it a fews days back, but since I had not restarted the server after the installation, I didn’t get any inkling this was going to happen! كنت قد ركبت عليه fews ايام الى الوراء ، ولكن بما اني لم اعادت الخادم بعد التركيب ، وانني لم اتلق اي الفكره وهذا سيحدث!

Go to your Administrative Tools and go to Services. اذهب الى صفحتك أدوات ادارية وتذهب الى الخدمات. Find the service that is causing the error, ie APS PowerChute, and disable it! العثور على الدائرة ان يتسبب في الخطأ ، اي نظام الصورة المتقدم PowerChute ، وتعطيله! Now restart and you should be able to get in! الان اعادة تشغيل وعليك أن تكون قادرا على الحصول في!
