Reasons to work for a small company if you’re in IT理工作，為一家小公司，如果你想要它

Ok, so if you’re in IT and you work for a small company, you need to fight your way into getting any kind of decent compensation.好吧，我們就這樣，如果你想要它，你的工作，為一家小公司，你需要打你的方式融入越來越任何一種體面的補償。 Small companies are cheap when it comes to paying out to their IT people, which is completely not cool especially if you’re the only man running the place!!小公司很便宜，當談到支付給他們的IT人，是完全不冷靜的，尤其是如果你是世界上唯一的男子跑的地方！ But being at a small company has it’s perks:但作為一個小公司，它的福利：
