Ok, so if you’re in IT and you work for a small company, you need to fight your way into getting any kind of decent compensation.好吧，我们就这样，如果你想要它，你的工作，为一家小公司，你需要打你的方式融入越来越任何一种体面的补偿。 Small companies are cheap when it comes to paying out to their IT people, which is completely not cool especially if you’re the only man running the place!!小公司很便宜，当谈到支付给他们的IT人，是完全不冷静的，尤其是如果你是世界上唯一的男子跑的地方！ But being at a small company has it’s perks:但作为一个小公司，它的福利：
