Reasons to work for a small company if you’re in IT اسباب العمل من اجل التوصل الى شركة صغيرة اذا كنت في ول

Ok, so if you’re in IT and you work for a small company, you need to fight your way into getting any kind of decent compensation. طيب ، حتى اذا كنت انت فيه والعمل من اجل التوصل الى شركة صغيرة ، تحتاج الى الكفاح في طريقك الى الحصول على اي نوع من التعويض لاءقه. Small companies are cheap when it comes to paying out to their IT people, which is completely not cool especially if you’re the only man running the place!! شركات الصغيرة الرخيصه عندما يتعلق الامر دفع الناس الى تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، التي هي ليست باردة تماما وخصوصا ان كنت الرجل الوحيد بالظهور المكان! But being at a small company has it’s perks: ولكن يجري في شركة صغيرة ومن المنافع :

1. You get to delve into any topic you are interested in (software, security, database, infrastructure) and there is probably going to be a lot of work to do in that area. كنت أحصل على الخوض في أي موضوع كنت مهتما (البرمجيات ، والأمن ، وقاعدة البيانات ، والبنية التحتية) وليس هناك ، على الارجح سوف يكون الكثير من العمل الذي يتعين القيام به في هذا المجال.

2. If you’re up for a challenge, then a small business is the place for you! اذا كنت تصل للطعن ، ثم الاعمال الصغيرة هي مكان لك! Because there is absolutely nothing there to start with!!! لأنه لا يوجد هناك أي شيء على الاطلاق ليبدأ! You get to setup new servers, configure Active Directory, put in place a decent phone system, build out a redudant data system for your critical data, write all kinds of software to manage processes and workflow, etc, etc. But of course, this is assuming that you are ok with un-organized work places or work that is not handed to you, but instead you need to go figure out why people are spending 5 days to print invoices and mail them to the clients! كنت أحصل على أعداد جديدة لخدمة الشبكه ، وفق الدليل النشط ، في وضع نظام الهاتف لاءقه ، من اصل الف redudant بناء نظام للبيانات الخاصة بك الحرجه البيانات ، اكتب كل انواع البرمجيات لإدارة العمليات وتدفق العمل ، الخ ، الخ ولكن بطبيعة الحال ، هذا هو افتراض ان انت طيب مع الأمم المتحدة في تنظيم العمل او اماكن العمل التي لا يسلم لكم ، ولكن بدلا احتجت الى الذهاب الشكل لماذا الناس يقضون 5 ايام لطباعة الفواتير والبريد منها الى الزبائن!

3. There is a lot less stress than working for a big company. هناك الكثير من الاجهاد اقل من يعمل لحساب شركة كبيرة. In a small company, you don’t have to worry as much about deadlines and bosses haggling you…because you have to setup deadlines yourself and make sure you get the work done! في شركة صغيرة ، وليس عليك ان تقلق كثيرا عن المواعيد النهائية كما ورؤساء مساومه عليك… لأنك قد المواعيد النهائية لأعداد نفسك وتأكد انك انجاز هذا العمل! If you’re a self-disciplined person, a small business is great in IT because once you produce results (no matter how small) people will start to think you are some kind of IT God. اذا كنت من الانضباط الذاتي للشخص ، والاعمال التجارية الصغيرة هي كبيرة في انه بمجرد ان تقوم لان تسفر عن نتائج (مهما كانت صغيرة) سيبدأ الناس على التفكير أنت نوع ما من الله عليه. Which brings me to the next point… الذي يقودني الى النقطه التالية…

4. If you work at a big company, you need to produce BIG results! اذا كنت تعمل في شركة كبيرة ، وتحتاج الى انتاج كبير النتائج! That can be quite hard and stressful, considering you would have to work on a large team and coordinate with lots of people, which is defintely perfect for some people, but if you prefer to work in small teams and gets things done at your own pace, then work for a small company! يمكن ان تكون صعبة ومجهده للغاية ، معتبرا قمتم إلى العمل على فريق كبير وتنسيق مع الكثير من الناس ، وهو defintely الكمال بالنسبة لبعض الناس ، ولكن اذا كنت تفضل العمل في فرق صغيرة ويحصل على الاشياء التي حررت في وتيرة بنفسك ، ثم عمل لشركة صغيرة! Of course, you should not be lazy and sit around and do nothing all day, that’ll get your fired fairly quickly, but you can get things done in small steps that’ll make a big difference to a small company. وبطبيعة الحال ، لا يجب عليك ان تكون كسلان والجلوس حول نفعل شيئا كل يوم ، وسوف احصل ان اطلقت بسرعة معقولة ، ولكن يمكنك انجاز الامور في الخطوات الصغيرة التي سوف تجعل فرقا كبيرا لشركة صغيرة.

5. Also, once people know you and realize that you can get things done and do them well, it’ll be a lot easier to move up the ladder and become a manager or director. أيضا ، مرة واحدة والناس يعرفون انك تدرك ان بامكانك انجاز الأمور والقيام لهم الخير ، وانها سوف تكون أسهل كثيرا على التحرك الى اعلى السلم ويصبح مدير او مدير. At a big company, you better be the best of the best if you want to even move up one or two levels. في شركة كبيرة ، وكنت افضل ان تكون افضل من الافضل اذا كنت تريد التحرك حتى يصل الى واحد او مستويين. Big companies are good for some people, but not for everyone! الشركات الكبيرة هي جيدة بالنسبة لبعض الناس ، ولكن ليس للجميع!

6. And lastly, you get to meet people, become friends, and continue seeing them for more than 6 to 12 months or however long a typical IT contract is for. وأخيرا ، كنت أحصل على لقاء الناس ، واصبح اصدقاء ، والاستمرار في رؤيتهم لاكثر من 6 اشهر الى 12 شهرا او مهما طال نموذجيا لانه هو العقد. Small businesses do have pretty high turnover, but usually not in the IT department, so if you’re working with some decent people, you’ll come to enjoy the small close-knit group you manage or work with. الشركات الصغيرة لديها جميلة ارتفاع معدل دوران ، ولكن عادة لا في الادارة انه ، حتى اذا كنت تعمل مع بعض الناس لاءقه ، you'll حان التمتع صغيرة قريبة - knit كنت تدير فريق العمل أو مع.

I can’t think of anything else right now, I’m sure there are more! لا أستطيع ان افكر في اي شيء آخر الحق الآن ، وأنا متأكد ان هناك اكثر! I’ll try and post reasons to work for a big company too though, since working for a small company is by no means the “right” way to go! سأحاول وظيفة الى العمل لأسباب كبيرة جدا رغم ان الشركة ، حيث يعمل لحساب شركة صغيرة ليس باي حال من الاحوال "الحق" الطريق الذي يجب ان نسلكه!
