How to ask for a raise in the IT/Computer field!如何要求加薪，在資訊科技/電腦領域！

So you want to get a raise and you think you deserve more than what you’re getting right now, correct?所以你要得到提高，你認為你應該得到超過您想要得到正確的，現在，對不對？ Well good, just about everybody thinks that!好不好，只是每個人都覺得！ And for those who don’t think that, well they will probably never get a raise!讓那些不相信，那麼他們可能永遠不會得到提高！

So how to prepare!?那麼如何準備！ And what do you prepare?您怎麼準備？ Prepare yourself for doing some work!準備自己做了一些工作！ ; ） Basically, you need to make yourself known…you cannot sit in front of your computer all day looking up cool new gadgets and checking out the latest server hacks because that’s not doing anything for the company!基本上，你需要使自己被稱為…你不能坐在前面的你的電腦，整天看酷新的小玩意，並檢查出最新的服務器黨棍，因為那是什麼也不幹，為公司！ You need to do something that will improve a process that will lead directly to an increase in productivity or revenue.你需要做一些事情，這將提高的一個過程，將直接導致了生產率的提高或收入。 The more of these things you do, the more important you become and the move leverage you have when it comes time to talk to the boss.越多的，這些東西你做什麼，更重要的，你就會喬遷槓桿，你說到時候傾訴的老闆。

1. 1 。 Does your HR Department have tons of papers flying about trying to manage absentee forms, late punches, time off requests, new hire orientation, resumes, etc. Can you create a internal portal web site to manage all of this without the paper and give automatic responses to employees or applicants?請問你的人力資源部門有噸論文飛行約試圖以管理缺席的形式，後期拳打，時間過的要求，新聘請的方向，履歷等，你能不能創造一個內部門戶網站的管理，所有這一切都沒有文件，並給予自動回應僱員或申請人？
