Ohhhhh I don’t think I would be able to work at Microsoft after reading the questions they ask during the interview!! Ohhhhh ولا اعتقد انني سوف تكون قادرة على العمل في مايكروسوفت بعد قراءة الاسءله يطلبون خلال المقابلة! Well some of them are not too bad, but I hate those riddle type questions! بالاضافة الى بعض منهم لا بأس بها ، ولكن انا اكره تلك لغز نوع الاسءله! I can never solve a riddle (ahem, no comment on that please)!! انا لا يمكن أبدا أن تحل لغز (مهم ، لا تعليق على هذا الرجاء)!

Anyway, if you want to put yourself to the test, than you can check out some of the questions على اي حال ، اذا كنت تريد ان تضع نفسك الاختبار ، مما يمكنك ان تفقد بعض الاسءله here هنا . I’m not sure how legit these questions are, but by browsing through them it seems that these were not just made up by some random person. لست متأكدا كيف شرعي لهذه الاسءله ، ولكن من خلال استعراض خلالهم ويبدو ان هذه ليست مجرد الذي يتكون من بعض عشوائي الشخص.

Apparently, the questions are broken into 4 types: riddles, algorithms, applications, and thinkers. ويبدو ان الاسءله هي اقتحمت 4 انواع : الألغاز ، الخوارزميات ، التطبيقات ، والمفكرين. So basically, how smart are you! ذلك اساسا ، وكيف الذكيه أنت! Shit, that’s why I don’t work there… تغوط ، لهذا السبب انا لا عمل هناك…

Here’s a sample riddle: فيما يلي عينة ريدل :

There is a room with a door (closed) and three light bulbs. وهناك غرفة مع الباب (مغلقة) ، وثلاث والمصابيح الكهرباءيه. Outside the room there are three switches, connected to the bulbs. خارج الغرفة وهناك ثلاثة مفاتيح ، مرتبطة الى اللمبات. You may manipulate the switches as you wish, but once you open the door you can’t change them. يمكنك التلاعب المفاتيح كما تشاء ، ولكن بمجرد ان يفتح الباب لا يمكنك تغييرها. Identify each switch with its bulb. تحديد كل التبديل مع اللمبة.

If you had an infinite supply of water and a 5 quart and 3 quart pail, how would you measure exactly 4 quarts? اذا كنت قد حصر امدادات المياه و5 الكوارت و3 الكوارت السطل ، وكيف من الممكن قياس 4 الكوارتات بالضبط؟

Woo hoo, I figured these out after like 30 minutes!!! وو hoo ، انني ظهرت مثل هذه اصل بعد 30 دقائق! I guess you would need to be like “Hmmm…here’s the answer” if you were interviewing! أظن أنك ستحتاج إلى أن تكون على غرار "11:31 hmmm… اليك الجواب" اذا كنتم مقابلة!

Algorithms example: الخوارزميات مثلا :

Implement an algorithm to sort an array. تنفيذ خوارزميه لترتيب مصفوفه. Why did you pick the method you did? لماذا اخترت هذه الطريقة فعلتم؟

Give me an algorithm to shuffle a deck of cards, given that the cards are stored in an array of ints. اعطوني خوارزميه الى المراوغه من سطح أ بطاقات ، وبالنظر الى ان البطاقات المخزنه في طائفة من ints.

Ok, these I did not fare so well on. طيب ، هذه لم اكن اجرة على ذلك جيدا. How the hell are you supposed to just come up with that! كيف الجحيم هل من المفترض أن نخرج للتو آن! I can TELL you about various algorithms to sort an array, but I can’t just conjure one up off the top of my head! استطيع ان اقول لكم عن مختلف خوارزميات لفرز واسعة ، لكنني لا استطيع ان عادل ناشد احد حتى من الخاطر!

Applications example: التطبيقات مثلا :

How would you redesign an ATM? كيف من الممكن اعادة تصميم أحد أجهزة الصرف الآلي؟

How would you build an alarm clock for deaf people? كيف نبني المنبه للصم؟

Thinkers example: مفكرون مثلا :

If you had to learn a new computer language, how would you go about doing it? لو كان لديك لتعلم لغة جديدة الحاسوب ، وكيف يمكن ان أنتم تباشرون العمل؟

Why is it that when you turn on the hot water in any hotel, for example, the hot water comes pouring out almost instantaneously? لماذا هو انه عندما لكم بدوره على الماء الساخن في اي فندق ، على سبيل المثال ، يأتي صب الماء الساخن من اصل تقريبا؟
