Thought you would never hear that one eh!?!以為你永遠不會聽到一個嗯!嗎! Well, my wife and her mother are from India and thankfully for me they both were taught Yoga by a 100 year old guru (means teacher) who has been doing Yoga for 80 YEARS!!!那麼,我的妻子和她的母親是來自印度和幸好我認為,他們都被教導瑜珈,由百年老大師(指老師) ,他一直在做瑜珈,為80年來! Since we stare at computer screens all day, you need to take care of your eyes else you’ll find yourself getting blinder or blinking away like a crazy freak!由於我們盯在電腦屏幕上的所有一天,你要照顧你的眼睛,否則你會發現自己越來越blinder或眨眼遠離像一個瘋狂的怪物!
