Thought you would never hear that one eh!?!以为你永远不会听到一个嗯!吗! Well, my wife and her mother are from India and thankfully for me they both were taught Yoga by a 100 year old guru (means teacher) who has been doing Yoga for 80 YEARS!!!那么,我的妻子和她的母亲是来自印度和幸好我认为,他们都被教导瑜珈,由百年老大师(指老师) ,他一直在做瑜珈,为80年来! Since we stare at computer screens all day, you need to take care of your eyes else you’ll find yourself getting blinder or blinking away like a crazy freak!由于我们盯在电脑屏幕上的所有一天,你要照顾你的眼睛,否则你会发现自己越来越blinder或眨眼远离像一个疯狂的怪物!
