How to understand End User License Agreements (EULA) كيف نفهم المستعمل اتفاقات الترخيص (ايولا)

Ever read through an End User License Agreement (EULA) before? أقرأ من أي وقت مضى خلال المستعمل اتفاقيه الترخيص (ايولا) من قبل؟ You are surfing the Internet, looking for some free software. انت تصفح الانترنت ، وتبحث عن بعض البرمجيات الحرة. File sharing programs, computer games, MP3 organizers, and file compression tools, among other software, are plentiful on the Internet. ملف تقاسم البرامج ، ألعاب الكمبيوتر ، mp3 المنظمين ، وادوات ضغط الملف ، وبين البرامج الاخرى ، هي وفيره على شبكة الانترنت. A good many of them are listed as freeware. طيبة كثير منهم تندرج مجانيه. Others may be categorized as shareware or trialware. آخرون يمكن تصنيفها على النحو تشاركيه او trialware. While most websites will give the software hunter some idea as to the nature of the software, be it free or trial; not all do. وفي حين ان معظم المواقع سيعطي بعض البرمجيات هنتر فكرة بالنسبة لطبيعه البرامج ، سواء كانت مجانيه او محاكمة ؛ لم يفعل جميع. This snippet example from the WinZip website states the WinZip license right on the website itself. هذا مثال على قصاصة من موقع برنامج لضغط الملفات الدول الترخيص الحق في برنامج لضغط الملفات على الموقع نفسه. Should one want to download the software, this license agreement is out in the open for all visitors. إن أحد يريد لتحميل البرمجيات ، وهذا الترخيص هو اتفاق في العراء لجميع الزوار. It is important to point out, that with WinZip, that they do not pull any punches about their software. ومن المهم ان نشير الى انه مع برنامج لضغط الملفات ، انهم لا سحب اي اللكمات عن برامجهم الحاسوبيه. If the website visitor scrolls down a couple of inches, WinZip clearly states that this software is not freeware. واذا كان الزائر الموقع اللفائف الى اسفل بضع بوصات ، وبرنامج لضغط الملفات من الواضح ان هذه الدول ليست برمجيات حرة.

This is the kind of license agreement you want to see; unless you are looking for a free program that is. هذا هو النوع من اتفاقيه الترخيص التي ترغب في رؤيتها ؛ الا اذا كنت تبحث عن برنامج يكون الحرة. That said; a clearly defined license is helpful so one understands right off the bat what they can and cannot do with this software. وقال إن ؛ اضح المعالم الرخصه هو مفيد حتى يفهمه أحد الحق قبالة خفاش ما يستطيعون ولا نستطيع ان نفعل مع هذه البرمجيات. This program will require a fee at some point to continue using it. هذا البرنامج سيتطلب الرسم عند نقطة ما على مواصلة استخدامه.

What about the free programs then? ماذا عن برامج مجانيه؟ Free programs carry a variety of licenses, but as a good rule of thumb is to categorize them as home use only or home and commercial use. برامج مجانيه تنفيذ مجموعة متنوعة من التراخيص ، ولكن كما جيدا كقاعده هو تصنيف تلك كما الاستخدام المنزلي فقط او المنزل والاستخدام التجاري. An example of a home use license (may also be referred to as private use) is show below. مثال للاستخدام الرخصه البيت (ويمكن أيضا أن يشار إلى الاستعمال الخاص) هو اظهار ادناه.

While this is a very short license, there are two points that should stand out. ولئن كان هذا هو قصير جدا الترخيص ، هناك نقطتان يجب ان تبرز. Firstly, this is software is for your own use, not your business or place of work. أولا ، وهذا هو البرمجيات الخاصة بك لاستخدامها ، وليس عملك او مكان العمل. Secondly, this license does not permit one to deconstruct the software and change the software code. ثانيا ، ان هذا الترخيص لا يسمح لأحد deconstruct البرمجيات وتغيير رمز البرامج. Should you understand the license agreement, you will then click the obligatory “I accept the agreement” and get on with the installation. يجب عليك ان تفهم اتفاقيه الترخيص ، انكم ثم انقر على الزاميه "اوافق على اتفاق" مع واحصل على تركيب.

A word of caution about End User License Agreements: The people who do not read license agreements really should. كلمة تحذير عن المستعمل اتفاقات الترخيص : الشعب الذي لا يقرأ اتفاقات الترخيص حقا ينبغي. Why? لماذا؟ There may be legal issues surrounding your use of the software, as well as wording that give the program permission to change your computer settings. قد تكون هناك قضايا قانونيه المحيطة استخدام البرامج ، فضلا عن ان صيغة البرنامج اعطاء الاذن لتغيير اعدادات جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك.

Here we see a potential issue. وهنا نرى المساله محتملة. This portion of the license is having you agree to be of the understanding that the files you are sending and receiving may not be legal to posses. هذا الجزء من الرخصه هو وجود وافقتم على ان يكون من المفهوم ان انت الملفات المرسله والمستقبله قد لا تكون قانونيه الى الجماعات.

Here is another precarious matter. هنا هو آخر الامر محفوفه بالمخاطر. Granted, this software swears they are only collecting usage data. ومن المسلم به ان هذا البرمجيات اقسم انهم مجرد جمع بيانات الاستخدام. In order to collect that information, something has to stay open on your Internet connection to let them get the data (Security issue!!). من أجل جمع تلك المعلومات ، وهو ما قد بالبقاء مفتوحة على اتصالك بالانترنت السماح لهم الحصول على البيانات (قضية أمنية!).

In any event, it is worth one’s time to look over the EULA to see what they can and cannot do with the software, and in what capacity it can be used. في أي حال ، ومن الجدير المرء من الوقت للنظر على مدى ايولا انظر الى ما تستطيع ولا نستطيع ان نفعل مع البرمجيات ، والقدرة في ما يمكن استخدامه. I had never thought about EULAs before either, but this was definitely worth reading! كنت قد فكرت أبدا eulas اما قبل ، ولكن هذا هو بالتأكيد تستحق القراءة!
