It’s Official: Microsoft buys Yahoo and Google buys Facebook ومن الرسمية : مايكروسوفت تشتري ياهو و جوجل تشتري facebook

Holy crap! المقدس الفضلات! It looks like it’sa done deal. يبدو ان صفقة it'sa عمله. Last night الليلة الماضية Yahoo agreed to be acquired by Microsoft ياهو المتفق عليها التي سيتم شراؤها من قبل مايكروسوفت for $47.2 billion, only $2.6 billion more than Microsoft’s original offer on Jan. 31st. ل47،2 مليار دولار ، 2،6 مليار دولار فقط اكثر من مايكروسوفت على عرض الاصلي 31st كانون الثاني / يناير. This is huge news! هذا هو ضخم الاخبار!

There have been many speculations circling around about the buyout for the last two months and what it would mean for Google and the rest of the Internet if it happened. لقد كان هناك العديد من التكهنات تدور حول ترك الخدمة مقابل عوض لحوالى الشهرين الماضيين وما من شأنه ان يعني للصور وبقية الانترنت في حال وقوعها. I guess we can stop guessing and just start praying! أظن اننا يمكن ان يوقف الحزر وبدء الصلاة فقط!

According to Kevin Johnson, the president of Microsoft platform and services division, "The acquisition with Yahoo will better position Microsoft in the Web advertising market, as well as provide a strong platform for the delivery of Internet-based services to consumers and business users". ووفقا لكيفن جونسون ، رئيس شركة مايكروسوفت ومنهاج شعبة الخدمات ، "اقتناء أفضل مع ياهو سوف موقف مايكروسوفت في سوق الاعلان على الشبكه ، وكذلك توفير منصة قوية لتقديم الخدمات القائمة على الانترنت الى المستهلكين والاعمال التجارية المستخدمين" .

Even though Yahoo CEO Jerry Yang opposed the acquisition, he said today, “Being part of Microsoft will let the Yahoo vision reach further than we could have done on our own. رغم ياهو جيري يانغ الرئيس التنفيذي لاقتناء يعارض ، وقال : اليوم ، "ان تكون جزءا من مايكروسوفت سوف نترك ياهو رؤية تصل الى ابعد مما كان بوسعنا القيام به لوحدنا. And we will provide Microsoft the engine it needs to deliver on its Web-based services vision.” وسوف نقدم مايكروسوفت المحرك يحتاج الى الوفاء بالتزاماتها شبكة الخدمات القائمة على الرءيه ".

Yang will be joining Microsoft as "chief Yahoo" and all employees that Microsoft decides to retain will be offered an Xbox 360 game console and a Zune music player as tokens of appreciation. يانغ سينضم مايكروسوفت بوصفه "رئيس ياهو" وجميع الموظفين ان مايكروسوفت سوف تقرر الابقاء على ان تعرض عليه العاب اكس بوكس 360 ، ومشغل موسيقى zune كما الرموز من التقدير. I guess they are getting something useful out of it! اظن انهم يحصلون على شيء مفيد من اصل!
