Yes I’ve been keeping up to date with Live Documents also. They are still in beta, so that’s why I have not written about it yet. It looks very exciting though if they can re-create Office 2007 on the web!

Have u seen http://www.live-documents.com or http://live.instacoll.com

They seem to be doing something similar.
