Adobe Share - Access and share files and documents online أدوبي حصة -- الوصول ومشاركة الملفات والوثائق على الخط

It seems like everyone and their grandmother is coming out with some kind of online Office or online document management suite these days! ويبدو ان لكل انسان وجده هو ان الخروج من نوع ما على الانترنت او عبر الانترنت مكتب ادارة الوثائق الجناح هذه الأيام! Just today, I wrote about the new اليوم فقط ، كتبت عن الجديد Microsoft Office Live Workspace مايكروسوفت اوفيس يعيش مساحة عمل service that allows users to store and share Office documents online. الخدمة تتيح للمستخدمين تخزين وتبادل وثائق المكتب على الانترنت.

Before that, I wrote about a cool web service called قبل ذلك ، كتبت عن بارد خدمة الويب دعا DocSyncer Docsyncer which takes all of the documents on your computer, stores them online for free and allows you to open them online using Google docs! الذي يأخذ جميع الوثائق على الكمبيوتر ، ونشرها على صفحات الانترنت لمخازن حرة ومفتوحة تتيح لك نشرها على صفحات الانترنت باستخدام صور المستندات!

And before that I wrote about another free online word processor, this time from Adobe, which has a stellar interface and some really cool features called وقبل ذلك كتبت عن آخر مجانيه على الانترنت معالج كلمات ، وهذه المرة من ادوبي ، والذي لديه واجهة ممتاز ورائع حقا بعض ملامح دعا Adobe Buzzword أدوبي الكلمه الطنانه .

Adobe seems to be on some kind of web service developing spree as they now have another web service called ويبدو ان ادوبي على الشبكه نوعا من الخدمة الناميه المرح على ما هي عليه الان وقد دعا خدمة ويب اخرى Adobe Share أدوبي حصة , which is a web-based service that allows you to upload and share files. وهو يستند الى شبكة الانترنت ان الخدمة تتيح لك تحميل ومشاركة الملفات. Note that I said “upload and share” only. علما ان قلت "ورفع حصة" فقط. Adobe Share does not include any other features, such as creating new or editing documents and does not even include collaboration. أدوبي حصة لا تتضمن أي ميزات أخرى ، مثل انشاء او تحرير وثائق جديدة وحتى لا تشمل التعاون.

However, do not count Adobe out because they are working on eventually integrating multiple services together into a major online package. ومع ذلك ، لا تعول ادوبي بها لأنها في نهاية المطاف العمل على دمج خدمات متعددة معا في حزمة كبيرة على الانترنت. Access your files from anywhere and download them at any time الوصول الى ملفاتك من اي مكان وتحميلها في أي وقت
Share your documents in two ways: either publicly with a specific URL that people can visit or via email to only a select few نشاطركم الوثائق بطريقتين : اما علنا مع موقع معين يمكن للناس ان الزيارة أو عن طريق البريد الالكتروني فقط الى قلة مختارة
Embed your documents on your blog or website تضمين المستندات الخاصة بك على موقع الويب الخاص بك او بلوق

Adobe Share supports a good number of file formats, including Office 2003, Office 2007, Rich Text Format (RTF), Open Office format, PDFs, text documents, HTML, image formats (GIF, PNG, JPEG, BMP), SWF, ZIP, etc. أدوبي حصة يدعم عدد لا بأس به من صيغ الملفات ، بما في مكتب 2003 ، مكتب 2007 ، شكل النص الغنيه (RTF) ، وفتح مكتب الشكل ، pdfs ، نص الوثائق ، لغة تأشير النص الفائق ، والصور (جي. آي. اف ، PNG ، جايباغ ، BMP) ، فرنك سويسري ، والرمز البريدي ، الخ.

It looks as though the beta version is allowing users up to 1GB of free space. ويبدو أن صيغة تجريبيه هو السماح للمستخدمين تصل الى 1 جيجابايت من المساحه الخاليه. There doesn’t seem to be any way to increase that limit as of now. انه لا يبدو ان هناك اي طريقة لزيادة هذا الحد حتى الآن. On the right side you can view documents from others, that are shared out, etc. على الجانب الايمن يمكنك الاطلاع على الوثائق من الآخرين ، والتي هي من أصل مشترك ، الخ.

With so many options popping up for storing Office documents online, it’s starting to get confusing what to choose. مع ذلك العديد من الخيارات لتخزين تصل التفرقع مكتب الوثائق على الانترنت ، انه ابتداء من الحصول على الخلط بين ما يختار. They seem to be doing something similar. ويبدو انهم أن تفعل شيئا مماثلا.

Yes I’ve been keeping up to date with Live Documents also. نعم لقد كنت احدث تمشيا مع العيش الوثائق ايضا. They are still in beta, so that’s why I have not written about it yet. انها لا تزال في مرحلة تجريبيه ، وذلك لهذا السبب انني لم يكتب عن بعد. It looks very exciting though if they can re-create Office 2007 on the web! تبدو مثيرة جدا رغم ان كان من الممكن إعادة - 2007 على شبكة الانترنت!
