Here’s a useful way to store all your files in your Gmail account, so that you can access it from anywhere. Here'sa طريقة مفيدة لتخزين جميع ملفاتك الخاصة بك في بريد جوجل الحساب ، وبذلك يمكنك الوصول اليه من أي مكان. As you know, you have up to 2GB worth of space and that’s a large amount of space to fill up with just emails. وكما تعلمون ، لديك ما يصل الى 2gb قيمته الفضاء وthat'sa كمية كبيرة من الفضاء لملء تصل مع رسائل البريد الإلكتروني فقط. Using a program from Viksoe.dk, you can create a virtual GMail drive in Windows Explorer or My Computer and drop files directly into your Gmail account using Windows Explorer. باستخدام برنامج من viksoe.dk ، يمكنك انشاء حملة بريد جوجل الافتراضيه في ويندوز اكسبلورر او بلدي الحاسوب واسقاط ملفات مباشرة الى حساب بريد جوجل الخاص بك باستخدام ويندوز اكسبلورر. Once the program is installed, click on the Gmail drive in My Computer, type in your login credentials and you’re ready to go! وبمجرد تركيب البرنامج ، انقر على بريد جوجل حملة في بلدي الحاسوب ، ونوع في اعتماد تسجيل الدخول الخاص بك وانت على استعداد للذهاب!

How to Install the Gmail Drive Application كيف لتركيب بريد جوجل حملة التطبيق

First, you’ll need to download the softwware from here: اولا ، انت بحاجة لتنزيل softwware من هنا : http://www.viksoe.dk/code/gmail.htm Http://www.viksoe.dk/code/gmail.htm .
Scroll to the bottom and click on either of the two download links. انزل الى اسفل وانقر على اي من هذين تنزيل الروابط. Save the file to your desktop or favorite download location. انقاذ الملف على سطح مكتبك او المفضلة تنزيل الموقع.

Open the folder called GMail drive and click on setup. افتح مجلد دعا بريد جوجل حملة وانقر على الاعداد. The program will install the shell extension and ask you to restart the computer. البرنامج سيقوم بتثبيت شل التمديد واسألك لاعادة تشغيل الكمبيوتر. Restart and log back into Windows. استئناف النشاط وتسجل دخولك الى ويندوز. Open My Computer and you should now see an icon for the GMail drive as shown below. فتح بلدي الحاسوب ويجب عليك الآن ان نرى اي رمز للبريد جوجل حملة على النحو المبين ادناه.

Double click the drive and you’ll be presented with a screen to type in your Google account email and password. النقر المزدوج الدافع وبأنك ستكون مع شاشة عرض لنوع حسابك في google حساب البريد الالكتروني وكلمة المرور. Check the Auto Login check box and click OK. فحص السيارات في تسجيل الدخول اختيار المربع وانقر على موافق.

You will be logged into Gmail and a blank drive will open where you can now begin to drag and drop your files. أنك سوف يتم الدخول إلى بريد جوجل وبياض حملة سيفتح حيث يمكنك الآن ان تبدأ في جر واسقاط ملفاتك. You can also right click on any folder or files and click Send To -> Gmail Drive . يمكنك ايضا حق انقر على أي مجلد او الملفات واضغط ارسال ل-> حملة بريد جوجل.

When you begin to transfer any files to the GMail Drive, a dialog will pop up with a progress bar to indicate the current status: عندما تبدأ لكم لنقل الملفات الى اي بريد جوجل حملة ، وهو حوار البوب سوف يصل مع التقدم بار تشير الى الوضع الحالي :

The GMail Drive will automatically be updated to show your new files. بريد جوجل فان الحملة سوف يتم تحديثها تلقائيا لتظهر الملفات الجديدة الخاصة بك. You can easily delete files by right clicking and choosing delete. يمكنك بسهولة حذف الملفات عن طريق النقر والحق في اختيار حذف. Your GMail drive will look like a normal Windows Explorer drive: بريد جوجل الخاص بك سوف تدفع تبدو عادية ويندوز اكسبلورر حملة :

Your files will show up in your GMail Inbox as regular emails with attachments. ملفاتك سوف تظهر في بريد جوجل في صندوق البريد الخاص بك كما العاديه رسائل البريد الالكتروني مع ملحقات. You can save these into a separate folder in GMail so that you can view them later. يمكنك حفظ هذه الى مجلد منفصل في بريد جوجل بحيث يمكنك ان تنظر اليها في وقت لاحق.

If you don’t want to get lots of emails for each and every single file you upload to GMail , you need to create a filter that will automatically archive the emails for you so that they don’t clutter up your Inbox. اذا كنت لا تريد الحصول على قطع من رسائل البريد الالكتروني لكل واحدة لك ارسال ملف الى بريد جوجل ، انت بحاجة الى ايجاد مرشح ان اوتوماتيكيا أرشيف الرسائل الالكترونيه لانك حتى لا تصل الفوضى صندوقك البريدي.

How to Create a Filter in GMail كيف تصنع فلتر في بريد جوجل

1. Click on Create a filter next to the Search the Web button. انقر على انشاء فلتر المقبل لبحث في الويب زر.

2. 2 - For the Subject type in GMAIL: FS لموضوع النوع في بريد جوجل : خ م

3. Click Next and then check the box for “Skip the Inbox (Archive it)” انقر المقبل وبعد ذلك بوضع علامة في المربع لل"القفز على صندوق البريد (أرشيف عليه)"

Click Create Filter and you’re done. انقر على انشاء فلتر ولقد انتهيت. This will ensure you that when you upload files to GMail , they will bypass the Inbox and go straight to Archive. هذا سيضمن لكم ان لكم عند ايداع الملفات الى بريد جوجل ، فانها سوف الالتفافيه البريد الوارد والذهاب مباشرة الى الارشيف. You can then view them later on by clicking the All Mail link to see archived items. يمكنك عندئذ ان تنظر اليها في وقت لاحق عن طريق النقر فوق كل البريد وصله الى الارشيف انظر البنود.

One limitation with this program is that the a file has to be smaller than 10MB in order to upload it. واحد مع الحد من هذا البرنامج هو ان الملف قد يكون اصغر وهو 10 ميجابايت من اجل تحميل. If this is not a problem for you, then you’re set. اذا هذه ليست مشكلة بالنسبة لك ، ثم انت مجموعة. If you use FireFox, they have a really nice extension that allows you to do the same thing, except within FireFox and it also doesn’t have the 10MB upload limit. اذا كنت تستخدم فايرفوكس ، لديهم حقا نيس ان التمديد يتيح لك ان تفعل الشيء نفسه ، الا في حدود فايرفوكس وانها ايضا ليست لديها وهو 10 ميجابايت تحميل الحد.
