If you’re a fan of Picasa because of it’s ease of use, search capability and great organizational power for your pictures, but you only use it’s basic features, then it’s time to learn some useful tips and tricks that will make your experience even better! اذا كنت مروحه بيكاسا انه بسبب سهولة الاستخدام ، والقدرة على البحث وقوة تنظيمية كبيرة لصورك ، ولكن عليك الا وهو استخدام الميزات الاساسية ، ثم حان الوقت لتعلم بعض النصائح المفيدة والحيل التي ستبذل ما تتمتعون به من خبرة حتى أفضل!

People tend to get confused as to how the images are stored and displayed when using Picasa. ويميل الناس الى خلط فيما يتعلق بالكيفيه التي يتم تخزين الصور وعرضها عند استخدام بيكاسا. Basically, it comes down to two types of objects in Picasa: folders and albums. أساسا ، لأنها تأتي في اسفل نوعين من الاجسام في بيكاسا : المجلدات وألبومات. A folder is the most common element and that’s usually the big list on the left hand side and is based exactly on what you have stored on your computer hard drive. مجلد هو العنصر الأكثر شيوعا والتي عادة ما تكون كبيرة للقائمة على الجانب الايسر ويقوم بالضبط على ما قمت المخزنه في القرص الصلب لجهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك. So if you were to delete a photo or move a photo from a folder in Picasa, it would delete that picture or move that picture on your hard drive also. حتى لو كنت لحذف الصورة او نقل الصورة من مجلد في بيكاسا ، ومن شأنه ان تحذف صورة أو نقل تلك الصورة على محرك القرص الثابت ايضا. Picasa is just an application that manages pictures by creating a reference to those pictures, but doesn’t actually store your pictures in the program. بيكاسا هو مجرد تطبيق الصور التي يدير بها خلق اشارة الى تلك الصور ، ولكن في الواقع لا تخزن صورك في البرنامج. So if you delete the picture from a FOLDER, it’s deleted off your hard drive! حتى اذا قمت بحذف الصورة من مجلد ، وانها حذفت من قرصك الصلب! So be careful! حتى نكون حذرين!

What the folders section looks like: ما يشبه المجلدات القسم :

Albums, on the other hand, are virtual folders that you can create and add photos from various folders and this will not take up any extra space because again Picasa is just using a reference to the photo. ألبومات ، ومن ناحية اخرى ، هي ان المجلدات الافتراضيه يمكنك انشاء وإضافة صور شتى من المجلدات وهذا لن يستغرق اي من خارج الفضاء مرة أخرى لأن بيكاسا عادل باستخدام اشارة الى الصورة. However, in albums, if you delete a photo, the original image on your hard drive is untouched. ولكن ، في ألبومات ، اذا قمت بحذف الصورة ، والصورة الاصليه على محرك القرص الثابت هو مساس. You can even delete the whole album and nothing will happen to your photos because the album is a virtual collection. يمكنك حتى تحذف ألبوم كامل وشيئا سيحدث لصورك لأن الالبوم هو جمع الافتراضيه.

So if you want to organize your favorite photos into groups like “Great friend pics” or “Awseome family pics”, go ahead and click in the albums section and click the New Album button. لذا اذا كنت ترغب في تنظيم المفضلة لديك الصور إلى مجموعات مثل "الصديق الكبير PICS" او "awseome PICS الاسرة" ، وانقر على المضي قدما في ألبومات الباب وانقر على زر ألبوم جديد.

Then go to your folders section and right click on the pictures that you want to add to the new album and click “Add to Album” and pic the new album name that you just created. ثم أذهب الى المجلدات الخاصة بك والفرع حق انقر على الصور التي تريد اضافتها الى الالبوم الجديد ، وأنقر "اضافة الى ألبوم" والموافقة المسبقه عن علم الجديد اسم الألبوم أن خلق لكم للتو. You can also select multiple pictures by holding down the Control key and clicking on multiple pictures. كما يمكنك اختيار صور متعددة من خلال عقد ضاغطا على مفتاح التحكم والنقر على صور متعددة.

So now you have a virtual album that will allow you to organize pictures from multiple folders into one and you can delete and modify these “pictures” without having to worry about deleting your original files. حتى الآن لديك البوم الافتراضيه التي تسمح لك أن تنظم صور متعددة المجلدات من حيز واحد ويمكنك حذف وتعديل هذه "الصور" من دون ان تقلق على حذف الملفات الاصليه الخاصة بك.
