Especially about GMail. They announced a spreading slowdown problem in March and have yet to do anything since then. What good are new features if you have to wait over 60 seconds just to send an email? There are dozens of threads on GMail's Help Forum that have been initiated since March attesting to this problem and the futility of every suggested fix. It's clear that this Forum is unmoderated and unread by anyone at Google. Google does not listen. Especially about GMail.
