Why might you need to create your own online survey ? لماذا يمكن ان عليك ان تنشئ بنفسك المسح على الانترنت؟ Need to get the opinion of several of your friends or family members about an idea you have? حاجة الى الحصول على رأي عدد من الاصدقاء او افراد الاسرة حول فكرة لديك؟ Or maybe you are at the office and want to know what projects people think are the most important for your department? او ربما انت في المكتب ، ونريد ان نعرف ما هي المشاريع التي يظن الناس هي أهم لادارتك؟ Whatever the case may be, most people have ended up using SurveyMonkey for creating online surveys. وأيا كان الأمر قد يكون ، معظم الناس قد انتهى surveymonkey باستخدام الانترنت لايجاد الاستقصاءات.

However, there’s another way now that you can create your own online surveys and track the statistics easily online and that’s using Google Docs. ولكن هناك طريقة اخرى والآن يمكنك انشاء صفحتك الخاصة بها على شبكة الانترنت ومسوح تتبع الاحصاءات بسهولة عبر الانترنت وذلك باستخدام صور المستندات. They just released a new feature in the spreadsheet program whereby when you go to share the document, you can choose an option to fill out a form. انها مجرد اطلاق سراح احدى السمات الجديدة في برنامج جداول البيانات حيث عندما تذهب الى حصة الوثيقة ، يمكنك ان تختار خيارا لملء استماره.

The best thing about using Google Docs is that you can create a form easily, email it to anyone with an email address, and they can complete the whole survey without having to sign in! وخير باستخدام صور المستندات هو ان يمكنك انشاء شكل بسهولة ، لانها بريد الكتروني إلى أي شخص مع عنوان بريد الكتروني ، ويمكنهم استكمال الدراسه بأكملها دون الحاجة الى تسجيل الدخول! They can even fill out the form directly from their email client, no need to bring up a web page at all! حتى يمكنهم ملء النموذج بريدهم الالكتروني مباشرة من العملاء ، لا حاجة الى تنشئة صفحة ويب على الاطلاق!

A form is always linked up with a spreadsheet, so if you create a form, then you’ll get a spreadsheet and vice versa. شكلا من أشكال هو مرتبط دائما حتى مع جداول البيانات ، حتى اذا قمت بانشاء شكل ، ثم ستحصل على جداول البيانات والعكس بالعكس. This is because all of the responses are automatically added to the spreadsheet and kept track of there. وذلك لأن كل الردود تلقائيا تضاف الى جدول البيانات وابقى المسار هناك. You can also install an يمكنك ايضا تركيب iGoogle widget IGoogle القطعه that will list your recent active forms with the new responses highlighted. ان الاراده قائمة الخاص بك الاخيرة نشاطا مع الاشكال الجديدة ابرزت الردود.

To create a new form, click on New and then click Spreadsheet . لخلق شكل جديد ، انقر على جديد ثم انقر فوق جدول بيانات.

Then click on the Share tab at the top right of the new spreadsheet. ثم انقر على علامة التبويب مشاركة في اعلى اليمين من جدول بيانات جديد.

On the Share this document tab, you’ll see a new option called to fill out a form . على نصيب هذه الوثيقة على تبويبه ، سترى خيار جديد ودعا الى ملء استماره. Go ahead and click on that radio button and you’ll get a new set of options. اتفضل وانقر على زر الراديو ان وستحصل على مجموعة جديدة من الخيارات.

Click on Start editing your form and for the first step, you’ll need to give your form a title and description. اضغط على بدء في عملية التحرير والنموذج الخاص بك لأول خطوة ، ستحتاج الى منح النموذج الخاص بك أ العنوان والوصف. Then you can type in a question along with some help text and choose what type of question it will be: textbox, multiple choice, checkboxes, or choose from a list. ثم يمكنك ان تكتب في سؤال على طول مع بعض يساعد النص واختيار نوع ما من السؤال سيكون : textbox ، اختيار متعدد ، مربعات ، او اختر من قائمة.

The interface is very slick and works fast, no need for page refreshes to add more questions, etc. Everything works while you’re on the same page. الوصله جدا بقعة ويعمل بسرعة ، ولا حاجة لتجدد الصفحه لاضافة المزيد من الاسءله ، وما كل شيء على ما يرام بينما أنت على نفس الصفحه. You can also re-order the questions in any order you like. يمكنك ايضا اعادة ترتيب الاسءله في اي من اجل أردت. After your online survey is completed, you can then choose who to email it out to. بعد المسح الالكتروني الخاص بك تكتمل ، ومن ثم يمكنك ان تختار منظمة الصحة العالمية إلى أن أصل إلى البريد الالكتروني. Remember they don’t have to have a GMail account and nor will they have to sign into anything. نتذكر أنها لا يجب أن يكون له حساب بريد جوجل وكما أنهما لن يكون لتسجيل الدخول الى اي شيء.

It’s not a fabulous tool for creating online survey forms, but it definitely gets the job done quickly and easily. انه ليس رائع على الانترنت اداة لخلق اشكال الاستقصاء ، ولكن من المؤكد انه يحصل على انجاز المهمة بسرعة وسهولة. I’m guessing that eventually they will come out with form themes that look more professional than just plain black and white. انا التخمين انه في نهاية المطاف انهم سوف يخرجون مع شكل المواضيع التي تبدو أكثر من مجرد سهل المهنيه ابيض واسود.
