hi everyone, yeah this is cool feature i am using it. i wanted know if we can know the guest IP or Location while chatting as we can get with any web site live help software???

Whoa, that’s really cool. So anyone who comes to my site can chat with me instantly? Is it totally anonymous chat or can I get their IP address or something else?

thanks for post.. i have integrated it with my website, but, issues is that, i am not able to identify the unknown users, in the chat.

i have to ask them who they are or what’s their emailid.
is there a way to know their email or explicitly ask them to input email, to start the guest chat..
